The cost for changing the spark plugs was horrible. $54.96 parts and $90 labor. I was appalled. The other cost was reasonable but still higher than other places for an oil change which was $32.95. I love my Subaru but the dealerships cost is way above the adverage price. No wonder people go elsewhere for service. Besides the cost I love that dealership. But the cost is too high and with the economy the way it is "why should anyone pay that much extra for dealership service?" More

Mike and Kristi were very friendly. My service coupons were accepted and applied to my bill. The service department is very knowledgable about Subarus. Very prompt thorough service. We were given a nice loaner car to use while the work was being done. The car was cleaned inside and out before being returned to us. Called for a service appointment on Monday. Service department uses caller ID so I didn't have to give my name or description of my car. It was already on her screen. Kristi Moore (Service Advisor) consistently provides professional, friendly and outstanding service. She had my loaner vehicle ready when I arrived to drop off my vehicle for service. Gil offered me an appointment the same day I called. I had a difficult to detect noise that could not be identified by 2 other shops. They succeeded at discovering the problem and doing the repair work fo had a difficult to detect noise that could not be identified by 2 other shops. They succeeded at discovering the problem and doing the repair work for me the same afternoon, allowing me to travel out of town with confidence. I have worked with Mike Harris in the past and can't say enough about how great he is to work with. He's knowledgable, professional and really cares about his customers. He just moved over to the Superstore and they're lucky to have him. Once his customers find this out, they're all going to be coming over for whatever they need.
