Am traveling the country and this is the third oil change at Subaru along the road, following Winnipeg (excellent), Memphis, (perfectly acceptable) and Chandler AZ (excellent). Staff was friendly and professional, appointment timely despite my last-minute call, waiting conditions went beyond excellent with coffee, internet and wifi in a pleasant atmosphere to above and beyond with fresh fruit and cookies to the car was and tire black. They were so accomodating and took time to answer all our questions and visit with us while we waited for our car. Since we are in the process of wanting to buy a new Subaru, these people were extremely courteous and polite in answering our questions in regard to the new Forester. If we were back home, we probably would have bought from this Subaru group. However, their helpfulness will aid in our decision to but a new Forester when we return to New York. They are an asset to the Subaru Superstore as employees. More

I regret not owning/dealing with Subaru before this! I look forward in my continued tenure and now knowing that it is true, not just an urban myth, there are businesses, as your's, that strive to the idea of "REAL" customer service. Had my 07' Legacy serviced here since it was the closest subaru dealership to my place. The staff was helpful and friendly. The restrooms were clean, actually the whole place was clean. They have 2 Desktop computers with DSL Hi-speed internet that I used while waiting for my car's maintenance to get done. PLus They have a photocopy/fax machine that you could use for free! It was by far the best waiting place I've been to. I recommend this dealership to have their cars serviced. They are really honest!
