This dealership has been the best. My situation was somewhat unique and pretty expensive. The car dealership I bought my SUBARU STI (Power Chrysler Jeep Dodge)was slimy and crappy. The Subaru Superstore of Chandler is very friendly and helpful. The car dealership I bought my car from refused to really help me at all. Kristi gave me a few options for what they could do for me and she even took care of dealing with the other dealership so I wouldnt have to. Gil still had no problem looking at and working on my car even when the other car dealership had not paid what they were supposed to have paid to the Subaru Superstore. I could go on and on because my story was a nightmare that wont soon be forgotten. Thankfully everyone in the SERVICE dept. at the Subaru Superstore of Chandler was AWESOME and made that nightmare a lot less scary. I for sure will be taking my STI to the Subaru Superstore of Chandler and definitely purchase my next SUBBY from them (that would make my 5th). Thank you very very much Subaru Superstore of Chandler. Mike has taken care of my Forester since I bought it new in 2004. I enjoy your waiting room and am very comfortable while I wait. I just had some major long-overdue maintenance work performed on my Outback today and I couldn't be happier! I am relatively new to the Phoenix area and wasn't familiar with any of the Subaru dealershi performed on my Outback today and I couldn't be happier! I am relatively new to the Phoenix area and wasn't familiar with any of the Subaru dealerships in the area. I called in a week ago for information and spoke to Mike about everything I thought needed to be done and asked for suggestions. To be honest, I tend to ask a lot of questions and can be a very time-consuming customer. Mike was friendly, professional and informative every step of the way! He took the time to call me this afternoon to provide very detailed information about all of the work that would need to be done with a thorough breakdown of the costs involved. He called me back later to let me know when the work had been completed and provided me with the total amount due. When I arrived to pick up my car, Mike again went over all of the work that had been done on my car and was very helpful with suggesting things for me to keep an eye on down the road. The cashier (Christy?) was also very friendly. This has been a very positive experience! I definitely felt that my business was appreciated and that my particular needs were addressed in a specific and personal manner! I absolutely would not hesitate to come back! Highly recommended! You guys are awesome...by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. This is the second time we've used your services. We're Canadian, but I would far prefer leaving servicing for the 6 months that we ever dealt with. This is the second time we've used your services. We just bought a Subaru for the 1st time (2011 Outback) and are very happy with the vehicle. He made me feel great when in no time at all he came out with my keys all ready to go washed and cleaned as much as he could because my car was Packed to go home. I recently changed my primary dealership from a dealership on Scottsdale to the Subaru Superstore and have been very happy with the change. Customer Service: The customer service and friendly dealership on Scottsdale to the Subaru Superstore and have been very happy with the change. Customer Service: The customer service and friendly atmosphere of the dealership is amazing and you can tell that the people they hire are genuinely there to help you. The service advisers know their product and really go out of their way to help you. I was pleased to see that Mike was now working at the Subaru Superstore. He works very hard to make sure you are taken care of and provides excellent customer service. Quality of Work: Every time I bring my car in for service I am pleased with the results. The problem is diagnosed and repaired quickly and correctly the first time every time. Friendliness: As mentioned above, the employees have a great attitude and work ethic. They want to be there, enjoy their job and have a professional and friendly attitude towards customers and each other. Overall Experience: I've been pleased with every experience I have had at this dealership and will continue to use their services for all my maintenance and sales needs. Price: Being a dealership it may be a bit more expensive than an independent service provider but you know that the quality of work is guaranteed, they will use genuine Subaru parts, and the people working on your car know exactly what they are doing since they are Subaru specialists. It's a pleasure to visit Subaru Superstore. All of the personnel are professional and friendly. The waiting room is beautiful. The captions on the extra TV screens are a big improvement! I knew Mike from his former Subaru employer, and am very happy to be able to continue to have him as my service contact for my 2002 Forester. Another gentleman (John Dye?) in the sales area was also very f happy to be able to continue to have him as my service contact for my 2002 Forester. I own another vehicle, I'll just say that its German and expensive. My experience with the Subaru Superstore in Chandler was better than my dealings with the luxury car company. The staff are friendly, the service is done timely, and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend purchasing and servicing a car at this dealership. Lastly, I would note that when I originally went into the store, all sales staff were busy. The owner of the dealership, Richard, noticed I needed assistance and he showed me the vehicle I was interested in and took me on a tour of the dealership. That says it all for this store. More
My car was in for a 7500 mile service...plus checking for problem with dash illumination. Mike arranged a loaner car. The loaner car was not needed because Mike found that dash illumination did not need re problem with dash illumination. Mike arranged a loaner car. Plus oil change, inspection and car wash were completed in an hour. Friendly and courteous service!! More
