Overall, sales, service and communications have been very good and a pleasant experience. Sales was very straightforward with no hassle because I was purchasing through Costco. One trip to install an optional item. Service today for the 3 month oil change was straightforward. I waited for the service to be completed and it took the time they predicted. Waiting area was pleasant with Wi-Fi connection, television, magazines, snacks and coffee and water readily available at no charge. Can't ask for any more from the dealership and I love my Outback. Plus, gas mileage exceeds EPA estimates. More

Mike Harris was my service consultant at Power Subaru for 5 years. He's always provided me with great customer service, so much so that I left Power as soon as he left. Subaru Superstore is closer to my house, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Mike working there. The facility is nicer, and Mike's customer service is just as good as ever. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know that drives a Subaru or is looking for a new car, and I have already directed three other people back to Mike that Power misinformed had "gone into the hotel industry." I'm also pleased with the prices at this location. I have been back to Power three times for prepaid oil changes, and each time they've found something that needs to be fixed on my car. I've then brought my car back to Mike to make sure I actually needed these things fixed, which 50% of the time I did not, and the instances where I did need service, the Superstore has beat Power's prices. I realize dealerships usually cost more than private mechanics, but for the level of service I've received from Mike Harris over the years, I will always trust his dealership with my car, and will always happily pay a little bit more for the service. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and Subaru Superstore is at a great advantage having hired Mike onto their team. More

I was so happy with all aspects of my visit to Subaru Superstore. I have never been to a dealer for service so I did not know whether I would be charged high rates or hassled to provide documentation. Superstore. Everything was smooth and the service was great, plus everything was covered under warranty with no hassle. Mike in particular was genuinely nice and helpful but everyone else was great too. They replaced my battery even though I did not know it was almost dead. And my car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up! I am amazed. My only problem is that the TPMS seemed to stop working again but I'm not too worried about that since it is probably an easy adjustment. My visit was a great experience and I would happily recommend Subaru Superstore to others. I did not know that such attention to good customer service actually existed in any setting. More

I was delighted to hear Mike Harris was a part of your service team, so I decided to change from Scottsdale to the Chandler store.
