Outstanding Support Since I bought my Subaru Outback I pass thru several dealers that they were incapable to just do a simple oil change. Actually, all the damage that my car have today was due to poor technicians that make more damage that they repair, scratches, wrong replacement parts, wrong wheels adjustment, missing parts... At this point I was just thinking that I couldnt find a thrustworty dealer. But Subaru Superstore, did a great job and surprise me!! I had a major maintenance schedule (over 4 hours) and after read all the reviews online I decide to drive more than 2 hours (one way) to give them a change. And I have to said.. I will be back. My service advisor was Mike Boyd and he went an extra mile and beyond to make sure all the past mistakes are corrected and my car was like new and also try to get me the best deals possible and never never never... I can not emphasized enough...NEVER... try to sell me overprice services or the ones I do not need. I comes from a mechanic family and I really appreciate the work that the professionals did with my car. Actually for your information the same maintenance in other dealer was estimated 600 dollar more than I actually paid in SuperStore. Thank you Mike, Superstore. Me and my Subaru are ready for more miles thank to you. More
Wonderful Service Department, Great Staff So, I grew up in and around cars. And not just in the "my family owns and drives cars" way but in the "my dad is a mechanic and owns his own body shop So, I grew up in and around cars. And not just in the "my family owns and drives cars" way but in the "my dad is a mechanic and owns his own body shop" way. So, I understand a.... fair bit about cars. I bought my 2012 Subaru Impreza from these people, and I keep up regular maintenance with them. Usually when I go into shops for repairs or maintenance, they try to talk to me like I have no idea what's going on, and aren't willing to explain. They also tend to guess in the dark based on my feedback to them, or assume that I am not considering what they consider to be the "whole picture" of my car and its engine and its health. When I go into Subaru Superstore to get service, these things don't happen! I generally interface with Jerry, but have talked to some of the other service advisors as well. Jerry is probably by far my most favorite. He explains in a good amount of detail (great), understands my weird explanations of problems I have noticed in my car (also great), but most importantly: he treats my car like it was his own. (fantastic!) This is awesome, because when I drop my car off and he start my engine to bring it back to one of the bays he'll notice, say, the sound of my engine telling his tuned ear that my battery is almost dead. And then he does something about it... with a great sense of humor to boot! ;) There is nothing more awesome than getting an email saying "hey, we have a small obstacle, but I think we can overcome it" and calling to hear what all was found and how they are fixing it already--and under warranty! The obstacle? A part I ordered for my car was boxed wrong from the warehouse so they're overnighting the proper piece and they need me to come in to pick up a loaner car instead of my car. Did I mention their loaner cars are awesome? Good, reliable cars that aren't the old edge-of-the-lot crap that you don't want to drive.... everytime I need to get a loaner car from Subaru Superstore I get excited. :) So, now I'm sitting here with my loaner car in my driveway, and my car at the shop getting fixed up and made healthy again... and I am smiling. How often can you say that when you need to take your car into a shop? :D Sidenote: Everyone I have interfaced with at Subaru Superstore has been great... very personable, kind, caring people. I went through Morgan when I purchased my car and would gladly do it again. The shuttle drivers (the previous one has since left to study rocks at BYU (good luck! ;D) and the new one is just funnier than funny), hell I even like the people who charge my card when all of this is done. I really haven't met or come across a single person at this place that has left me with a bad impression. More

Lot personnel vs state of vehicle I understand that lot personnel are not to be confused with professional service people. When I picked up my car this afternoon I found the AC on ful I understand that lot personnel are not to be confused with professional service people. When I picked up my car this afternoon I found the AC on full, the radio on full and the driver seat lowered and reclined. I can rationalize that is was hot and the individual may have sat in there for a few minutes so he wanted the radio on but to lower the seat is a bit much….at best everything should have been returned to the original state. Dulcie was not at work today so I am sure it was not her but she was the only name I recognized. PS….has anyone there attempted to use this site, I had more fun on healthcare.com More
30K Service Jerry was terrific in handling my 30K service. Loaner was provided. Quote provided from several months before was lower though. Was told that service can be standard or heavy duty depending on how far over the 30K you are. Was over a bit over 35K but Jerry did he best to keep the pricing in line. Jerry was awesome. Jerry absolutely went to bat for our family with a pre-mature oil leak problem. He, and Mike Harris, advocated with Subaru to support our repair. This repair would have completely soured me on Subaru, since this was my first Subaru, but ended up securing me as a long-term customer. I was blown away by their willingness to go to bat, and win, for my family. Instead of a nightmare, they secured me as a loyal customer for life. I have found the Subaru service to be excellent. One of the best things is that without beating you over the head the encouragement to stay on the maintenance plan is very is second to none. When unexpected this come up, he makes sure to explain options. Mike is the point person for the dealership making one feel welcome and appreciated.
