I called for additional parts and he was the only service person I called that knew what I was looking for. This was after calling some of your competition and they didn’t even know where to start. Hari did an exemplary job and should be recognized for his excellent customer service. If we are in the market for a new Subaru we will definitely be visiting your location. More

Was told 1 hour wait but ended up waiting 2 hours. The inspection found the intake filter was dirty and needed replaced, but they didn't even mention anything until I was handed the keys and had to leave. Maybe my warranty doesn't cover that expense, but I don't know why it wouldn't. Fuel levels were untouched (went in with 3/4 coolant, came out with 3/4). Mileage was 10941 at drop off and 10941 at pickup, which is great, but they felt it was necessary to adjust my seat and mirrors. First world problems sure, but an unecessary inconvenience nonetheless. Also, I found a new scratch on the passenger side, that I'm certain came from this dealership. And they didn't bother checking my spare tire because I had gear in the trunk, which I graciously would have moved for them if they had asked. More

Had a buzzing issue and found that the window tint on the rear glass did not adhere at the top and would buzz when the window was down. The in house tint person had tinted this used vehicle. Jack made an appointment for me and the tint person was over booked but trimmed the tint. After returning 3 more times that day they made an appt. for me to strip it and replace it. I requested that they darken the rear window and they agreed. I also asked for a windshield strip $40.00. I was told when I made the appt I would be done no later then noon. At 3:30 pm I showed up and the vehicle was still not ready. When I received the vehicle the tint was the same way it was when I took it in. They took it back and sprayed solution on it again and attached it. I spoke to Doug the sales manager and he stated he was sorry for the poor service. They never offered to discount my $40.00 windshield strip and then after leaving it dawned on me they also did not put the darker tint on. Shame on me for not checking this prior to leaving. More
Stay Away, Save your money. Purchased a car from this dealership in 2014. At that time I purchased the extended warranty and I have had all service other than a hand full of oil Purchased a car from this dealership in 2014. At that time I purchased the extended warranty and I have had all service other than a hand full of oil changes done here. My car was towed to the dealership for service due to smoke coming from under the hood. Once it got there I was told I needed 3 things repaired, two of which had recently been performed on the car already at this dealership. Once I heard this I questioned it and asked if the repairs were still under the dealership warranty from when they were repaired. Miraculously I no longer needed these repairs and now needed only 1 repair, the radiator needed to be replaced due to a leak that could not be fixed. I was told this repair would be attended to the following day, but two hours later I receive a call that my car is finished and ready to be picked up. I go in to pick up my car after this repair is done and my car struggles to start and now the service rep is trying to sell me a new battery. According to the paperwork from when I checked in, my battery was tested and working. Somehow in the 2 days it sat at the dealership the battery went from working to dead. 4 days later my engine overheats on the highway on my way home from work. I had driven 200-300 miles in that time period. I have the car towed back to the dealership and am told the head gasket was blown and needed to be replaced and that would cost me almost $3000.00. I had already complained to the service dept. manager about having a bad experience there 4 days ago and was using him as my point of contact. Until I asked for something to be done and for me to be made whole, no accommodations were offered to make the situation right. I was only given an apology and excuses for what had taken place. This is not what I expect after spending almost $1000 the week before. After a lot of back and forth with the manager, I asked to get a price to sell my car to the dealership because their quoted repair cost (which by the way should have either been caught during the previous repair or taken care of by them due to lack of care and thoroughness in examining my car in the first place) was about half the value of my vehicle. I was given a very, very, very low offer by the sales person who I was transferred to on a trade and told it would be lower if I wanted it as a cash offer. He was more concerned with getting me to the lot to view their selection of new vehicles and did not seem to be aware that I was already upset about my prior service experience. This sales rep told me that the KBB value is always high and that no one receives that price. Admitedly my car needed work but I was being quoted less than half of the "fair" KBB value on the car which takes into account body work, engine work and new tires. I tried to contact the service manager again but my calls were not returned. After this I decided to have the vehicle towed 2 miles down the road to a different dealership. In trying to get my car out of the dealership I called again for the service manager only to be told they would not take my call. Once at the other dealership, I declared the repairs that were needed on the vehicle, had it inspected by their appraiser and was quoted a cash offer more than 3 times as high as Subaru Superstores trade in offer. Avoid this place at all costs. you are nothing other than a target in their attempt to make as much money as possible off every customer on every transaction. When you raise a complaint they offer to do nothing about it and then when you push back enough they stop taking your calls. I forgot to mention that the GM of the dealership was copied on my initial email but never bothered to reach out. This was my first ever Subaru purchase and it will for sure be my last. I will be following up with Subaru of US corporate office as well so they can be made aware of how poorly their dealerships are treating their customers More

I was given a thorough demo on its settings and features. Great group assisted me! Then just last month, I took my car in for a fix on a recall, My service rep was Kathy Garcia. She took care of me from start to finish; calling me with updates, and informing me that they found some other issues. Apparently I had a transmission leak, and I had mentioned that my windshield fluid level was low. Kathy called to tell me that the last place I had my car serviced (can't use the dealer b/c it's a fleet vehicle, and I must use the fleet company's "recommended" facilities) had crimped tall the delivery hose between the wiper fluid receptacle and the wiper blades, rendering it useless! Kathy said, no problem, we'll fix it for you. They could easily have charged me for a repair they didn't cause. I consider this going above and beyond, and I am definitely a customer for life! More

Christine Weber was the Superstore representative who led the class. There wasn't a question asked that Christine could not answer. What a delightfully entertaining and informative process. And, the Superstore also provided free food to all in attendance. Subaru Superstore also offered a one-on-one “redelivery” service where new owners can meet with Christine to ask any follow up questions. We took advantage of this service too and were, again, delighted to meet with Christine and challenge the depth of her knowledge of the many features of our new Outback. Again, there was not a single question that we asked that Christine could not answer. She took all time needed to address all of our questions and discuss the features of our car. We never felt rushed. Again, she was personable, knowledgable, and a delight to work with. And, to top it all off, she gave us a free $50 Shell gas card. What a deal! Then today, we dropped by, unannounced, with a maintenance contract question we had and, again, Christine did not hesitate to sit down with us and discuss our questions. Moreover, we were also curious to see what improvements were made in the 2018 Outbacks (not at all interested in buying) and Christine took the time to find one on the lot so we could see for ourselves. It is a breath of fresh air to work with a car dealership that has such a friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff; and to be able to drop in at any time and not feel pressured into buying anything. Thanks, Superstore, and thanks Christine! More
