He gave me space when I needed to talk with my husband on the phone. He even helped me get my rental car back so I could take my new car home. Dusty got me a better deal with financing than what my bank had to offer. Tina showed me how my car worked. (Though I'm going to look for YouTube videos on it because I already forgot). Unfortunately I forgot the lovely front receptionists who made sure I was comfortable. Even though there is options that Subaru offers that their employees have to share with us there was no high pressure sales at all. I also want to say that this experience only took 2 hours max and part of any delays were contributed to me. I doubt that I will be buying any new car or at least a decade but I will return here for my future car purchases. Thank you for the best car buying experience any person may have! More

I was right . We had to have a small discussion vis-a-vis my trade, but it was low key, minor and resolved to my satisfaction. No "turkish-bazaar" type haggling. From the first call back to the first time visiting Subaru Superstore of Surpirse, I felt welcome and knew I would be purchasing my next vehicle from this dealership. Subaru Purchase: I ordered a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek Limited at the end of September 2017 and took delivery the first week of November 2017. Sales Process: My sales person was Shelby Lane. She is excellent, thorough, and really takes the time to get to know her customers. In this age of high pressure sales mumbo-jumbo, Shelby was refreshing and very easy to work with on the ordering and final purchase my new Subaru. I would highly recommend Shelby! Finance Process: My finance person was Dusty Mandrell. Dusty thoroughly explained documents, did not push to up sell needless add-ons, and made finalizing the purchase of my new Subaru effortless. Paperwork with Adrian Calzada was efficiently handled on a state of the art desktop computer screen. I highly recommend Cory and Subaru Superstore of Superstition.
