Upgrade rating to 4.75 Perfect except for being rushed to take possession of the car that NIGHT, had to transfer a load of TRASH into the new car instead of into boxes Perfect except for being rushed to take possession of the car that NIGHT, had to transfer a load of TRASH into the new car instead of into boxes in my garage and now I had to drive home in the dark and although Tina, bless her, checked me out on many or the completely new layout dashboard I could not find the switches in the dark. Although I was given all the help needed, my fault for taking so long to transfer all the junk If I insisted on delaying the extra time for it took I would have saved about 3 or 4 hours .Every thing else was a pleasant encounter. We have our numbers in mind, we sat down with Mr. Alex Zimmerman, what a nice ,calm, young gentleman. We told him what we wanted and what we plan to pay for it. He listened to us carefully and left to get some numbers. When he came back numbers were close but not close enough and we told him that. He walked back and came back with Mike Scribner. At that point I told to myself, since this is our 3rd leasing experience in 2 years, here we go again and here comes the pushy sales pitch !. However none of those happened, Mike laid down the offer sheet and that was exactly what we were looking for. No back and forth mgr's office, no 3-4 different offers, no nickel & dime business tactics! Very calm and courteous throughout the deal which is done in 20 min. What a difference from the Chevy and Buick dealers I had my leasing experience which I'm driving at the moment... We came back the following week to pick up the car and Ms.Tina VanDyke walked us through the vehicle familiarization and delivery process. I have never seen bunch of nice calm people working together. And Dusty M. from finance explained all the things we should have to consider or not to our choice, nice and not pushy at all. Dealership was the first one we walked in in the area and felt that we do not need to go somewhere else. We weren't looking specifically for Subaru vehicle but nice people to deal with and we found them right here at Subaru Superstore of Surprise. More
