We needed a quality vehicle, with solid performance. From the moment we opened and closed the doors to the test drive, our 2018 Outback was perfection. We were vacillating on financing vs. leasing vs. cash purchase. Mike and his staff were honest and spent a great deal of time explaining all our options. Salesperson, Collette and Adrian were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. This is a new dealership and I will send all family and friends to them. Tina was awesome in explaining the technology in the vehicle. She will be our "best friend" as we learn to navigate our new 2018 Subaru Outback. Thank you all so very much. More

very pleasant buying experience upon arriving I could tell this was different from other dealerships I've been to before. I was not swarmed by salespeople as I got out of my car, I upon arriving I could tell this was different from other dealerships I've been to before. I was not swarmed by salespeople as I got out of my car, I was able to walk the sales lot in peace to search for the vehicle that I was interested in. When finding the right vehicle I was referred to Kaitlyn Lovelace which was very helpful and polite and not pushy. Her and manager Charles Mcfarlane answered all of my questions and concerns and worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted at a great price that fit my budget. I felt that I was very well taken care of and able to make my decision w/o the pressure that I receive from other dealerships. Then to finalize the transaction I was helped by Shelby Lane which made the buying process even smoother(if that was even possible), all in all this was a great buying experience and would not hesitate to refer friends and family. Adrian Calzada was patient with us even when we left and advised him we would get back to him. We went back the next day and finalized the deal after doing some research on the trip options and looking up crash test ratings etc on the Outback. No high pressure sales tactics which we appreciated. More

I wanted one that is safe and af With an immediate need for a replacement vehicle, after being in a 4 car collision, I had two make and model in mind. I wanted one that is safe and affordable. I checked out the first make but the safety features I was looking for was not available and it was not affordable. I then went to the second make, which was Subaru Superstore in Surprise. Travis met us at the parking lot with a firm handshake and a smile. He wasn't pushy and I felt at easy with him. He then showed us the model I wanted and to my surprise he showed us the engine, briefed us on how it is made and how the brakes and engine was structured that should there be a collision I would be safe. I was so impressed with his know how of the vehicle. Charles Inman joined us and assured us that we have approached the right place and further assured us that they will make it affordable for us so we can go home with a Subaru. Indeed, they made it easy and to my surprise, for a car that was full of the safety features that I was looking for, it was affordable. It did not end there. Before I could drive it home, Tina showed me the dashboard and explained how each and every switch works and she even helped me with installing the app on my phone to be synchronized to the vehicle. I have never experienced such in my having to lease vehicles in the past. I was just so impressed. Thereafter, paper works were processed and Shelby made it easy for us to complete the required document. Finally, we were on our way with my brand new Quartz Blue Pearl colored 2018 Subaru Forester. For Subaru of Surprise I could say the staff was so accommodating and helpful the place was clean and orderly and the snack they served was delicious. Our overall experience that day was just great!! And we thank the Lord for everything that happened that day :) More

We did not have to worry about that at the Subaru Superstore in Surprise. Very polite, helpful, well-informed, professional service is what we experienced. Because we were there at 5:00 PM, they offered us a sandwich, cookie, and beverage. They understood that decisions are difficult on an empty stomach! We are thrilled with our 2018 Outback! And thanks for the delicious chicken and walnut sandwich from Panera! More

Turns out it's actually quicker and easier to get to than using Bell Rd in Peoria. We were blown away by the facility which was very modern and a really awesome showroom. Spacious and light, it was a pleasant place to be as soon as we walked in. From the receptionist to Mike King, our sales person, to Adrian our financial assistant to Tina the delivery specialist we were treated with respect, transparency, courtesy and expert knowledge. i cannot say enough about Mike who made the whole deal work for the lease payment I had told him upfront I wanted, and who was able to do all the numbers and options on his computer in his office. There were not multiple trips to talk to the sales manager and long waits, nor deals scribbled on handwritten papers. Mike is very personable and friendly without the usual overdone salesman chit chat found at other dealerships. Charles McFarlan met with us personally and was similarly respectful and friendly. I thought I could figure out the tech stuff on my new Crosstrek myself but after meeting with Tina I was surprised how much I learned. She helped me set up the apps and offered to help me in the future if I switched my phone or similar. The facilities are very high tech especially signing the documents on a large table top screen connected to the computer. Overall we were very impressed with the facility (beautiful) and most of all with everyone we dealt with. We will recommend to our friends. Thank you! Wendy and Jim More

He answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured. We visited other dealerships, but chose to purchase our Crosstrek here due in large part to the outstanding service we received and the convenient location, right off of the 303. We had a trailer hitch installed a few days after getting our Subaru. The service department personnel were also extremely helpful, and the hitch was installed within one day. With technology advancements since my last car purchase in 2006, it was such a relief to have Tina explain and show me all of the features on my new Crosstrek! She, too, answered all of my questions so I am able to utilize the great features with no problems. More
