I wanted a specific model, color, and interior; he found the exact vehicle I wanted and quickly ensured that I was able to place a deposit on it. As we waited for my Forester, Johnny stayed in communication with me and notified me when my Forester arrived. He made sure I was comfortable driving my Forester and answered my questions. At time of pick up, there was a team ready to review all of the technical functions of the vehicle and extended warranty options. Made a diamond out of coal!! I came to Subaru unplanned, all the way from Los Angeles. I had already owned my dream car and didn’t want to get rid of it, but because of an unfortu I came to Subaru unplanned, all the way from Los Angeles. I had already owned my dream car and didn’t want to get rid of it, but because of an unfortunate situation with an excess car after a divorce it had to be done. We came to Subaru because I was aware of its reputation of reliability and the dealership was close to my parents house - which is where one of the two trade-ins was garaged (my ex-husband’s car that I leased for him.) I was nervous - sick to my stomach to be honest. I didn’t know if I would have to owe money or if I’d be upside-down. But I’m ecstatic to say how lucky we were to have Darby help us out of this situation. I was straight forward and told him the situation, what car I was interested in and what my budget was. He obliged to not only all of that, but in a swift time frame with a genuine, personable demeanor. He made me feel comfortable from the moment we sat down. Stress and fear turned into joy and relief. I can’t tell you how proud and excited I am to be an owner of a Certified Subaru Impreza. She’s beautiful! I’m addition, thank you to Darby and Joseph for guiding me in the right direction as far as warranties and additional coverage. They did not over-sell or push me in any way at all... extremely informative and reasonable! Thank you to the ENTIRE Subaru staff for making this process easy and enjoyable, regardless of the unfortunate reasoning for my coming there in the first place. The send-off saying goodbye from all those involved was very warm and memorable experience as well. Even being a California resident, it will be hard to buy a car from any other dealership ever again! More

Great Experience!!! New to Arizona and went to a big corporate dealership....lots of pressure to buy, not a very friendly atmosphere., walked out. Next day went to the Su New to Arizona and went to a big corporate dealership....lots of pressure to buy, not a very friendly atmosphere., walked out. Next day went to the Subaru Superstore and met Tom Darby...completely different experience. Answered all of my questions about the car as well as some questions about the best fishing spots around the area. Took a relaxed test drive, did the numbers, bought the car....no pressure to buy at all. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and conscious of my time. Darby did an outstanding job of delivering the car, explaining in detail how everything works. Would recommend this dealership and particularly Tom Darby to anyone looking for a new car! More

Good dealer - great service Subaru’s are reliable, of course. But having a great service guy behind you is the topping on the cake. Jerry Zack has been my service guy for both of my cars. I said that a condition of buying the new one was that I kept Jerry. But everyone at the Superstore has been good to work with - including my sales guy, Morgan. I recommend this dealership. In this day & age, you shouldn’t have to say this but they are good working with women. (I’ve heard some stories about other companies.). I recommend the dealership highly. And I’ve continued to use their service even after my warranty was over - I know I’m getting excellent work at a fair price. More
