I rated this dealership & Sales Consultant as 5 Stars based on how I was treated. In addition to researching Subaru I checked Honda & Toyota products. The Subaru Superstore in Chandler was by far more ac based on how I was treated. In addition to researching Subaru I checked Honda & Toyota products. The Subaru Superstore in Chandler was by far more accommodating & respectful. My Sales Rep, David Griffin, was patient with my many questions. He was knowledgeable & did not try to bluff me (I had some test questions ready & he passed :-)), As a widow over 60 I am always expecting the dreaded (& hated) 'little lady' treatment. I experienced none of that with David (AKA Griz). More

He took the time to show me the features of the vehicle and pointed out some that I was not familiar with. He thoroughly explained the purchase process, answered all my questions and anticipated some I didn’t even know I had. Even when I dropped by a few days after the purchase, he took the time to help me even though I belatedly realized he was working with another client. I felt he treated me as part of the Subaru “family” and not just a customer.
