The vehicle was ready for a test drive before I arrived. There was no haggle over the price even though they did come down significantly from where they started. It was almost as though the salesman was acting as my agent in getting the price where I wanted it. The department has an overall low-key atmosphere where I felt comfortable rather than feeling the need to hide as some dealerships. More
First, I could sense every Chandler Subaru Superstore Sales Associate and Sales manager that I met were all very respectful and friendly*. Subaru was very honest and straight forward, I didn't find difficulty trusting them as I did with other dealerships. Overall, I rate a 10 out of 10 for great customer service! Had my 07' Legacy serviced here since it was the closest subaru dealership to my place. The staff was helpful and friendly. The restrooms were clean, actually the whole place was clean. They have 2 Desktop computers with DSL Hi-speed internet that I used while waiting for my car's maintenance to get done. PLus They have a photocopy/fax machine that you could use for free! It was by far the best waiting place I've been to. I recommend this dealership to have their cars serviced. They are really honest! We just purchased a 2010 Subaru Outback wih only 7800 miles from the Subaru Superstore. I really liked he fact Gus didn't pressure us to buy the car when we decided to sleep on it before making a decison miles from the Subaru Superstore. He provided his cell phone number and was readily available to answer any qustions we had. When we did decide to buy, the transaction was effecient and Gus took the time to go over every detail of the car. The fiance department also was able to provide a lower interest rate than we were quoted by our bank and we had a very positive experience from start to finish. By far, the best experience that we've ever had with any car dealership. More
The cost for changing the spark plugs was horrible. $54.96 parts and $90 labor. I was appalled. The other cost was reasonable but still higher than other places for an oil change which was $32.95. But the cost is too high and with the economy the way it is "why should anyone pay that much extra for dealership service?" More

He set up a time to meet me according to my schedule and was very patient throughout the whole experience. He was definitely knowledgeable about the Suburu product and willing to show me different options. He was not pushy at all and even was able to make it an easy buying experience. Financing took a bit of time, but I don't know if that was because there were several people buying that day as well. More

I was interested in purchasing a 2011 WRX and saw one posted on the dealership web site. The posting was quite detailed and showed the actual car offered for sale - not just stock photos. I made an appointment to visit the dealership and met with Laurence Bautista in sales. Laurence was very knowledgable and pleasant to work with throughout the car selection and purchase process. He presented several different cars for my consideration besides the one that I came to see. I was able to test drive three different cars for comparison. Laurence was never pushy but offered accurate information on the cars as well as his personal preferences which helped me make a more informed decision about my purchase. A few days later, I made a purchase price offer that was accepted and financing was arranged with the dealership finance department. Throughout the whole process I felt that I was treated respectfully, honestly and with the hope that I would be a satisfied customer. I mentioned the dealership's excellent web site - it just happened to be the source of a little confusion. On the day I purchased the car, it was outfitted with an $800.00 trim package that it did not have when it was photographed for the web page or when I first saw it two days earlier. The confusion may have been avoided if the web page posting on the car had included a list of the dealer-installed options. More
