My wife and I purchased a 2011 Outback. I was given a fair value for my trade in car. I was not hassled to buy extra add-ons as is the case at other dealers. In the past, I have not had pleasant experiences with car dealers and their after sales service. This time I investigated Subaru dealer sales and service ratings, which is how I chose this dealer despite be dealers and their after sales service. This time I investigated Subaru dealer sales and service ratings, which is how I chose this dealer despite being a considerable distance from my home. I was able to easily work on line with Gus Kostopulos, the Internet/ Fleet manager and his associate Brent Gunderson. I purchased the car with all the options I desired and did not recieve any "hard sell" to purchase items I did not want. Gus is friendly and knowledgable. He actually came in on his day off to deliver my car. He did a thorough job explaining and demonstrating all operations and options, and answered all my questions. At no time throughout this purchase experience as I pushed or rushed. I will definitely recommend this dealer to all my friends and look forward to future business with Subaru Superstore of Chandler. Prior to contacting Subaru Superstore in Chandler, I looked at their website and learned that dealership employs a couple of Subaru Master Mechanics, including one Senior Master Mechanic, and this fact, looked at their website and learned that dealership employs a couple of Subaru Master Mechanics, including one Senior Master Mechanic, and this fact, by itself, helped me to decide that Superstore would do the work on my vehicle. I visited Subaru Superstore of Chandler twice. Once for diagnostic evaluation of my problems and to order needed parts. Second time, one week later, to actually have the work on my car performed. I had confidence the job would be done well. I did not get disappointed – the work was done very well, and also in a timely manner, as promised. In addition, final combined price of parts and service was exactly as the job estimate given to me. Everyone encountered at the dealership - Mike, Raul, Erica - was professional, courteous, honest, accommodating, super friendly, and above all pleasant to deal with. This dealership is housed in very modern, spacious, clean, elegant one year old facility; with very comfortable waiting area equipped with state of the art TV sets and computers for customers’ use. I selected the Subaru Superstore of Chandler based on my Internet research and phone calls to dealerships around Phoenix Area. Finally, while waiting, I talked to other customers who confirmed how sound my decision to select this particular dealer was – they were all very pleased and felt they could trust to have their cars serviced there. I am a "Snowbird" from Colorado. As I neared my destination in Arizona, I noticed that my Outback was "pulling to the right." (Tuning in to NPR did not help.) I checked for Subaru Dealerships my destination in Arizona, I noticed that my Outback was "pulling to the right." (Tuning in to NPR did not help.) I checked for Subaru Dealerships on the Internet and found the Chandler Superstore to be my best choice. I made an appointment, arrived at the dealership, was greeted promptly, the requested service (all-wheel alignment) was completed while I waited. (The dealership even accepted a coupon from Grand Junction Subaru I presented.) The work was done on a very windy day, so I can not be sure the problem was corrected - I'll bet it was. I noticed when I returned to my RV resort that my Outback had been washed and detailed! Thanks! Glenn Walker More

I had a "Check engine" message that was handled extremely well. The first time I took my Forester in with this message, it was checked and reset but I was not charged. Salesman came in on day off to meet us. Had originally met at Auto Show. Very organized, knowledgeable. Knew what we wanted and only showed us those vehicles. I bought new Legacy and got an excellent deal. Randy is very laid back so if you don't like high pressure type salesman, he's your man. First, Randy had to deal with me testing several cars (Legacy, Tribeca and Outback) before I made up my mind on Legacy. He answered all of my questions thoroughly as he has sold Subaru's since 1996. Then Mark spent a great deal of time trying to find the car with the package and colors I wanted. After a half hour searching other dealers I turned around and pointed to the showroom floor & said I wanted the limited model right there...I felt bad for wasting his time but he was not frustrated at all. Then had to deal with my trade-in...my '06 Sorrento came in EXACTLY at the value I had researched prior to going to the dealer. However, I was $10k upside down & knew I'd have to fork out the cash. They were willing to wait the 2 weeks to hubby's bonus & would take car off the floor for me. Then I called back later that night to say I'll keep my Kia, pay it off & give to my son, so can they get me financed without any down on the new car? He gave it try and got me financed through Subaru of America (Chase) at a much better interest rate than Midway Nissan had gotten for me the month prior (2.9% vs 5.9%). Needless to say I am very satisfied, AND the dealer gives you a loaner if you need service more than a couple of hours AND hand washes your car - even if just for an oil change!! Can't wait to take advantage of that benefit! More
