I just had some major long-overdue maintenance work performed on my Outback today and I couldn't be happier! I am relatively new to the Phoenix area and wasn't familiar with any of the Subaru dealershi performed on my Outback today and I couldn't be happier! I am relatively new to the Phoenix area and wasn't familiar with any of the Subaru dealerships in the area. I called in a week ago for information and spoke to Mike about everything I thought needed to be done and asked for suggestions. To be honest, I tend to ask a lot of questions and can be a very time-consuming customer. Mike was friendly, professional and informative every step of the way! He took the time to call me this afternoon to provide very detailed information about all of the work that would need to be done with a thorough breakdown of the costs involved. He called me back later to let me know when the work had been completed and provided me with the total amount due. When I arrived to pick up my car, Mike again went over all of the work that had been done on my car and was very helpful with suggesting things for me to keep an eye on down the road. The cashier (Christy?) was also very friendly. This has been a very positive experience! I definitely felt that my business was appreciated and that my particular needs were addressed in a specific and personal manner! I absolutely would not hesitate to come back! Highly recommended! Went to the dealer to lease a new WRX. The published lease deal was $299 per month plus fees. I had a lease / trade with positive equity that was art of the deal. Much to my surprise, they came back to me with a payment of $415 for 10,000 miles per year! Their deal was to payoff the lease on my car and turn it in instead of taking it as a traditional trade. I suggested that they look at trading it to get the payment down and they said that the issue was my credit not the trade. Mark said he would call me back with some options the following day. Much to my surprise, he never called back so after three days I called him back only to find out that this was the best he could do for me. About a week later I engaged Camelback Subaru and leased the same car (but with $1300 in additional options) for $325 per month with my car as trade and the same money down. The deal also included 12,000 miles per year, 2,000 more than Chandler. They also financed me at Tier A credit and the entire process was done over email. They never even saw my car in-person until I drove it in to pick up the WRX. In my situation, it paid greatly to shop around, to the tune of about $5000! More

Most car buying is a nightmare! Before my wife and I went out the other day to visit a dealer, we where dreading the prospect of being hounded by sales people, being steered towards vehicles and packages that we did not want, being bombarded by pitches for add-ons and rust proofing, cooling our heels in some cubicle while our "salesperson" goes back, again, to "run this buy" some other someone who can actually make a deal but who I can't talk to. Then finally signing a less than good deal for a car we really aren't sure about and probably won't be able to wait to trade in as soon as we can get some kind of value out of it. That was as far from our experience at Subaru Superstore in Chandler as one can possibly get. Simple words tell simple truths. Gus Kostopulos and Subaru Superstore in Chandler Arizona have, flat out, changed my opinion of the car buying experience. I have never been more satisfied with the deal, more confident of the purchase nor more comfortable with the person I was dealing with. I WILL be telling people to buy a Subaru from Gus. We're Canadian, but I would far prefer leaving servicing for the 6 months that we ever dealt with. This is the second time we've used your services. We just bought a Subaru for the 1st time (2011 Outback) and are very happy with the vehicle. Customer Service: The customer service and friendly atmosphere of the dealership is amazing and you can tell that the people they hire are genuinely there to help you. The service advisers know their product and really go out of their way to help you. I was pleased to see that Mike was now working at the Subaru Superstore. He works very hard to make sure you are taken care of and provides excellent customer service. Quality of Work: Every time I bring my car in for service I am pleased with the results. The problem is diagnosed and repaired quickly and correctly the first time every time. Friendliness: As mentioned above, the employees have a great attitude and work ethic. They want to be there, enjoy their job and have a professional and friendly attitude towards customers and each other. Overall Experience: I've been pleased with every experience I have had at this dealership and will continue to use their services for all my maintenance and sales needs. Price: Being a dealership it may be a bit more expensive than an independent service provider but you know that the quality of work is guaranteed, they will use genuine Subaru parts, and the people working on your car know exactly what they are doing since they are Subaru specialists.
