These guys have gone above and beyond in making the whole process easy to understand, straightforward and as painless as possible. They were able to answer every single question we asked (and some were quite obscure). They took the time to make sure we felt comfortable with everything. I had owned a Subaru before and was familiar with the quality and the road/crash test scores. I also knew that it is an affordable vehicle in comparison with others in that class. A few days after my purchase, I had an interior/exterior protection done. I was provided with a loaner car without charge and the service was done quicker than expected. We had a great experience there and even though it was over a 40 mile drive to get there (when we have a ton of options along the way), it was well worth the time. Morgan made sure to follow through from my first visit but not to the point where it was pushy and annoying. He brought the vehicle we were interested in closer into town so we could at least test drive it without having to go all the way to the East Valley. Once we decided to purchase it, we went back to the dealership and after a few rounds of negotiating, we had a deal. Due to an obligation on our part we could not complete the transaction in one visit, but Morgan and the finance team worked on it while we were away. He called as soon as he had something we were willing to work with. When we arrived late at night with our young son to complete the transaction, they had the paperwork ready and were nice enough to keep an eye on our son in the play room so we could take care of the financial part. Overall, we were extremely happy with the level of service from the dealership. There was no passing us along to this person and that person (other than to sign the papers). And there was no high pressure sales being pushed on us. Given the experience we had, we would absolutely make the drive again just to purchase a car from this dealer. More
