My boyfriend and I went to the Subaru Superstore last weekend after seeing a used 2011 Impreza advertised on their website. He was very honest about how much he could sell the car for and we were impressed by how great of a deal it was! We had been to other dealerships earlier in the month and had problems with hidden fees, etc. No problems like that existed at Subaru Superstore. This was the first car I had ever purchased and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Morgan and the rest of the Subaru Superstore Staff!!! More
I shopped online and then went test driving. I drove (4) different cars on three different makes/models. By the time I got to Subaru, I was worn out. I almost didn't keep the appt I set with Brent through different cars on three different makes/models. By the time I got to Subaru, I was worn out. I almost didn't keep the appt I set with Brent through the internet. Brent Gunderson was amazing to work with. He listened and helped me sort through my 'wish list' to what I could afford and what vehicle would be best for me. When he had to step away and take care of other customers, others on the sale force filled in and were very kind and helpful (Alex, Charlie). I think I asked a billion questions and got answers to each one. After I decided on a vehicle, Brent and Les Wolfe (Business Mgr) went to work and obtained a great deal for me. I walked in with a pre-approved car loan. They got me a better loan/terms then I had AND with the bank I really wanted. Sitting with Les (Business Mgr) was straight-forward and fluid. I didn't feel pressured to add extra items to protect my car or loan. He explained options in a way that made it easy to understand. AND. He worked hard with the bank, went back to them and got me an improved interest rate on the loan! I purchased the Outback 2.5i Premium with moon roof (an added bonus). I was sad to give up my 2005 Saturn Ion. The car was a great vehicle for me and I took care of it. Even though it's been only a few days, my Outback is fitting pretty good, looks classy and is fun to drive. Brent took extra time with me to go over and over (cause I didn't get some things the first time) the car's perks and functions. He was SO patient helping me program car functions. It was a hoot to use the Bluetooth function and let the car call family/friends. Making any kind of major purchase is stressful. Subaru Superstore made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. As a female buyer, it was refreshing to have honest people explain engine jargon, car options, and finance language. I didn't feel like a number, but a person with a name. Everyone made me feel comfortable, including the Owner, Richard Cvijanovich. He was kind and welcomed me to his dealership. If you're in the market for a new vehicle and your not sure what is best (or who to trust) I highly recommend Brent Gunderson. He's been with the Subaru company for years, is knowledgeable, and (simply) a nice person. Thank you for reading my review. More

I’d been using a dealership which was only two-hours from home; but concerns about the service there induced me to seek a dedicated Subaru dealer for the 105,000-mile replacement of the “camshaft drive belt” home; but concerns about the service there induced me to seek a dedicated Subaru dealer for the 105,000-mile replacement of the “camshaft drive belt” (according to the maintenance schedules in both the owner’s manual, the shop Service Manual, and the Subaru Superstore’s on-line 105,000-mile service recommendation). Although the Subaru Superstore is a three-and-a-half-hour drive from my home, it looked like a facility that would be perfect for such a critical service. I phoned the Superstore, discussed my primary and “in addition to” service items I wanted done with Gerald Zach, and scheduled delivery of the Forester the following Wednesday afternoon, so the shop would have all day Thursday to do the work. We picked up the vehicle late Thursday PM. My review of the invoice at my daughter’s home that evening revealed that the primary task of replacing the “camshaft drive belt” had not been done - just the “in addition to” items. I phoned Jerry Friday AM; and, after a phone-wrestling/consternation/back-and-forth routine (my use of Subaru’s “camshaft drive belt” terminology in lieu of “timing belt” apparently being the source of the problem), Jerry worked with the service manager to give me the best possible repair cost, and provided a loan car. My final total was LESS than it would have been to accomplish the task in one day. The Subaru Superstore facility and staff are excellent. Although my ratings for this visit are lower than they would have been had the job been completed the first day (and will probably be higher in the future), the “above and beyond” efforts of Jerry and personal attention by the service manager, Gil Waters, to assure my satisfaction the second day mean that the Superstore is my place of choice for future service. More
I purchased a new Forester 2.5 LTD from the Super Store on the 29th of December.(my timing was on purpose... endof the month, end of the year) I dealt with Brent Gunderson. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the Forester and Subaru in general. I 1st contacted him through email. He was very prompt in answering my emails. He was not pushy or demanding. I feel we were treated with respect by him and the finance manager. We went back and forth over a couple of things before we settled on a the deal. When I took posession of the vehicle, my 1st pleasant surprise was seeing that the gas tank was full. I usually use getting a full tank of gas as part of the process. However, I forgot about it until after the deal was complete.... so I did not metion it. That little act alone tells me a lot about this dealership. I would recomend Brent and this dealership to anyone. By the way we took the car up into Utah later the next week. Woke up on Saturday with 7 inches of snow on it. It handled the snow with no problem. Also in Utah, we saw more Subarus in 15 minutes of driving arround than we see all week here in AZ. Utahans love SUBARUS. More

Saunders was professional, helpful, and beyond that extremely prompt. He treated me as it I were standing in the store in front of him. The other three dealers I contacted only answered the initial inquiry and never responded to my answer. J.D. had information not only on his own inventory, but that of cars located in the entire western part of the country. I ended up purchasing a 2012 Subaru Forester the same day - no hassle, no pushyness, just great service and an interest in satisfying my needs and desires. Kudos to J.D., and to the dealership. Great coffee, good snacks (helps to stave off the hunger pangs that come with making a large purchase). I highly recommend going directly to this dealership for a Subaru. Skip the hours in front of your computer and let them research for you. If they don't have it, they will find it. I left the store knowing that I was treated right -- with customer service, price, and a comfortable and casual experience. More
What a great team! I would dodge that place like the plague, i didn't know people still used "shark" sales tactics anymore, what a joke, they should know that people are smarter than that these days. More
I'm driving my 3rd Outback and have been going to the Subaru Superstore for service for two years after going to the McDowell store for 9 years. I have total confidence in Mike and Kristi (Service Writ Subaru Superstore for service for two years after going to the McDowell store for 9 years. I have total confidence in Mike and Kristi (Service Writers) in giving me honest input and only scheduling work that needs doing. I've had the same service tech, Scotty, for most of the last 11 years and I completely trust him and his work. The employees at Subaru Superstore are professional and friendly and everyone, from the owner down, introduce themselves when encountered throughout the store. They have an outstanding waiting area including internet connected computers and fresh, free snacks. Top notch dealer in all respects. More
