I love my new 2012 Subaru Impreza WRX. It's gorgeous. The ordering process was easy and fun and the sales process was a breeze. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and helpful in explaining all the ordering process was easy and fun and the sales process was a breeze. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and helpful in explaining all the steps we were taking. Steve gave us a fair value on our trade-in and explained his reasoning. Sheri walked us through the ins-and-outs of the car. I was delighted by Marc's explanation of the extended warranty and LoJak programs (who knew my car would be in such demand). I was glad to add the awesome warranty and LoJak to protect our investment. Everyone made sure that all of our questions were answered. We were tickled to find out the dealership is PET FRIENDLY, too (even though we didn't bring our dogs). The sales process was also pretty quick. We went to pick up our car at the end of the day and I got a little hungry, so I was happy to have a complimentary banana and some tea (just so I didn't get cranky). I have already tweeted about my awesome experience and I posted pictures all over my facebook page. GREAT JOB! More
Subaru Superstore sold me a vehicle with a manufacturing defect. The problem was not diagnosed until the THIRD time into the service department. Throughout that time I was not kept informed of the status o defect. The problem was not diagnosed until the THIRD time into the service department. Throughout that time I was not kept informed of the status of the problem. After our 3rd trip into the service department because of check engine lights, I no longer wanted the hassle of this car and also because the service department did not keep me fully informed of the status of the repair. A new car owner should NOT have to spend over a week without a vehicle with no indication of what is wrong nor how long it will take to resolve. A new car owner should NOT have to go through this ordeal period. After much going back and forth, I had to go to the regional Subaru representative to do the right thing and replace this car. HOWEVER, that rep NEVER asked me if I wanted the same car. Due to the manufacturing defect, I did not want another Impreza, but they did not give me a choice. Ultimately, I took the car they forced on me to another True Car Dealer (Power Subaru), who worked with us but we ended up having $4,000 negative equity because of Subaru Superstore not making us whole. Bottom line - Subaru Superstore does NOT take care of its customers even when the problem was the product they sold, not the owner. While they may make some efforts to do the right thing, ultimately they were not willing to go the extra mile for their customer. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a Subaru as this experience has shown me that if there is a problem with your new Subaru, you may be left without many options and certainly will not be taken care of by this dealer. Morgan was great! We really appreciated his helpful, relaxed/laid-back approach. He gave us space to process and we didn't feel pressured. He provided a very positive buying experience for us. Also, Les was really nice, helpful, and informative. Paper-signing with Les was also a positive part of our experience. Thanks for everything! More
One of the best encounters I had with a car dealer. This is a family owned business and reflects their appreciation of having customers to service and not to piss off or flim flam. I am always talking to my friends and family about how impressed I am with the service department at the Subaru Superstore in Gilbert, and especially with Mike Harris. Mike has been my service manager sin impressed I am with the service department at the Subaru Superstore in Gilbert, and especially with Mike Harris. Mike has been my service manager since I bought my Forester and he is such a great person! Having someone I can trust when it comes to dealing with car service is invaluable to me - I genuinely feel like he is looking out for my best interests. He is knowledgeable, friendly and always accommodating. I absolutely love my Forester and simply based on the car itself, I would say I am likely to always drive a Subaru ... but it is the quality of service that tips the scale for me so that I feel confident stating that I WILL always drive a Subaru. Thank you, Mike and everyone else at The Subaru Superstore - everyone I have ever encountered there has made my experience a positive one! More
Everyone I encountered at the Subaru Superstore was friendly and welcoming. Scott was supportive and I did not feel pressured to buy right away, when I started out just wanting to test drive a 2008 Hy friendly and welcoming. Scott was supportive and I did not feel pressured to buy right away, when I started out just wanting to test drive a 2008 Hybrid Ford Escape. He answered all of my questions and gave me room to contact him when I was ready to buy. When I returned to the dealer 4 days later - Scott was helpful in making my sales experience easy and painless. Les Wolfe did the financial side - and was equally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealer for people looking for cars in the East Valley. 5 stars!!! More
These guys were great, they work with us completely so that we came home with a great deal and a great new car. What was even better, was that we was that the owner,Richard made sure all of Subaru's resou that we came home with a great deal and a great new car. What was even better, was that we was that the owner,Richard made sure all of Subaru's resourses were used to our best advantage. What was even better was the referal they gave us for an insurance quote, which turned out to save us $1,500 per year. We are very happy with The Subaru Superstore of Chandler. Noises between the shift / brake interlock started making Noises between the shift / brake interlock started making noise after several thousand miles and the explaination from the factory rep is that it is Noises between the shift / brake interlock started making noise after several thousand miles and the explaination from the factory rep is that it is characteristic of the Outback and there is no fix! There are several websites with customers experiencing the same defect but Subaru is not interested in addressing the issue. In my opinion it's an expensive fix or design error that cannot be changed after manufacture. Any failure is probably expected to happen after the warranty period. Mike and Gil did the best they could.. My issue is with Subaru and their ambivalence to correcting the admitted defect. The owner of the Dealership has contacted me and I encourage him to direct his influence toward Subaru to protect the reputation of the dealership. More
