We also were impressed with the knowledge of the Business Director, Karen Cain. She was not pushy at all and did a thorough job of presenting the various warranty options to us. Quick and easy transaction and I love the electronic desk that was used for signing documents. We also were given a class on the various operating systems of the car by a young man named Quenton. We really appreciate how transparent everything was with Morgan and when we told him what we were looking for he made sure he went the extra mile to help us out.
