Nice easy, no pressure experience Ryan Appleberry was wonderful. He was not pushy, no pressire. He was very knowledgeable, helpful. When my rental car deal fell through he drove 2 1/2 hours to get me and another 2 1/2 hours back to Chandler. He didn't want to sell me a car I didn't want. He wanted a happy customer. And I am! Thanks again Ryan. And Lynn who did the financial papers was wonderful too. She was not pushy. She was great too!! More

Surprise Car Purchase My husband went to the dealership to have our 2016 Subaru serviced. While walking around the showroom he came upon the vehicle we have always wanted, the Forester. Gary Simpson was a wonderful sales person. Truly no ;pressure, as we were not in the market, just passing time. My husband was offered a test drive and was in love. He came home with all the information without the usual "it will be gone before you know it" rhetoric. We went back for my test drive, came to an agreement on both the price and out trade in. Truly a no stress transaction. Christine Weber is also an indispensable part of the team. We don't know how she can teach all of us all about the latest hi tech items in the vehicles. Truly a Number One dealership[p if there ever was one. the all important service department is also fantastic, another reason for our purchase at this location. More

Overall, the staff at Chandler Subaru Superstore were effective in getting me the vehicle of my choice. One little hickup, towards the end of the purchasing process, after having had been informed of the nuts and bolts of the loan, upon the signing of documents I was surprised to see a different interest rate than what I had been provided with initially. I mentioned this to the finance maganger I was working with and she promptly corrected the documents and we were able to move right along. This was a bit concerning, because I am not sure if this was an honest mistake or intentional. Either way it was corrected which is all I wanted. I'm not very experienced in purchasing vehicles, but my experience at Chandler Subaru taught me that it is important to have a good salesperson guiding the process. Mr. Charlie Webb was just that. He is an exceptional salesman, if you have a choice I would go with him. He didn't have to be as informative or patient as he was. It was the end of a long hot day and he maintained his professional demeanor throughout the three to four hours I was there. He was able to provide me with facts about an issue I asked him about concerning the vehicle I was interested in. This provided me with great peace of mind and actually was the sole reason I ended up purchasing the vehicle. It was unfortunate to see that another salesman was also listed on the paperwork as having partial part in the sale. This salesman did nothing for me aside from allow me to test drive the vehicle. So, Mr. Webb was also doing all he could for me knowing very well he would not get all the credit for the sale. That in itself says it all. More
