Eddie was fantastic, no pressure and took all the time we needed. When we left we knew exactly what we wanted to buy when we were ready. We went back a week later and my wife emailed Eddie what car, model and color she wanted. When we arrived Eddie had the car ready for us. We took our son with us since he was interested in a car as well and Eddie took great care of him too. This was the best negotiation that I ever had buying a car. I usually hate this part but Eddie streamlined the process. We ended up buying two cars and the staff stayed late in order to guide us through the paperwork. Every step of the way we had a great experience. Thanks to Eddie and the staff. We would recommend this dealership to our friends and family. More

Then we went through our wish list and they found the right car with all the bells and whistles that met our needs. This was the least stress we have ever had at a dealership buying a new or used car. Even the price discussions were straight forward and no double talk or debate. Morgan was a honest salesman who took great care of us, introduced us to all of the other players in the purchase of our new Subaru Outback. Mark came over just to chat and give us more knowledge on cars and financing. We laughed so much with Lynn in Financing, she was so knowledgeable about all the "extras" we could purchase for our car. Then out to delivery area for our class with Christine! She went over our car with a fine tooth comb and explained every little button to us. We also appreciated the fact that ALL employees we came in contact offered us water, wanted to make sure we knew about the snacks and offered to answer any questions we had. We are excited to come to the New Owner class. Last but not least - thank you to the detailers that prepared the car for us! This is a great place to buy a car! More
