We moved to Phoenix, AZ, from out of state a little over a year ago and turned to Subaru Super Store of Chandler for routine maintenance for our Outback. Being extremely satisfied with our service experiences, we checked out the Superstore sales department when considering a new Outback. We dealt with three sales persons over a several month period and couldn’t have been more delighted. We found all three knowledgeable and very helpful for us in making our ultimate decision to purchase a 2017 Outback Touring model. Bill East, Dylan Seitz and Daniel Strebler each worked with us during this process. They answered our questions directly and honestly never putting any pressure on us at any time to purchase. Their professionalism was outstanding; consistent with our prior experiences with our Subaru dealership in our former home state. Daniel Strebler was the person with whom we completed the sale. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable of all of the features of the Subaru vehicles and was much more than a salesman — he was also a Subaru owner and enthusiast. He explained all of the new Outback’s features with enthusiasm, confidence and a genuine love for the brand in general and the Outback in particular. What a treat it was to deal with all three of these outstanding sales professionals. When it came time to buy, Daniel presented the numbers in a straight-forward, logical, and easy to understand fashion — he never employed the “smoke and mirrors” tactics we have experienced over the years with other (non-Subaru) dealerships. The price of the car was clearly stated as was the value of our trade. The related additional costs such as sales tax, DMV fees, and document prep fees were also clearly and accurately stated. His straight-forward presentation of the numbers made the negotiation process much smoother than has been our experience in other (non-Subaru) dealerships. We came to an agreement quickly and without the intervention of any other sales personnel such as sales managers and the like. The process was polite and professional. We feel we got a great deal and really appreciated the way the whole process was conducted. Thank you to the entire staff who worked with us in purchasing our 2017 Outback. Best Car Buying Experience Ever Daniel Strebler has been one of the best salesmen I have ever encountered. I first came to Subaru Superstore in Chandler fall of 2016 just looking at Daniel Strebler has been one of the best salesmen I have ever encountered. I first came to Subaru Superstore in Chandler fall of 2016 just looking at the WRX STi. Daniel happened to be the one to greet me and we chatted for while, exchanged information, and I told him I was interested in buying a new WRX STi early in 2017. I figured Daniel would forget about me and I would come back around that time prepared to buy and just work with someone new, but he didn't forget about me. He kept in contact with me, he kept me updated on inventory, he even checked up just to say "hi" and ask how I was doing. But he never pestered me or pushed me to buy sooner. My direction changed heading into the new year and I decided to go with Used instead of New as long as the car and the price was right. Sure enough, near the end of February the perfect STi showed up, and I contacted Daniel to setup a time to see the car. I showed up, test drove it, fell in love, and bought it that same day. Daniel made it happen for me. He made me feel comfortable, informed, and valued. As weird as it sounds, I wish I could go back and buy my car again because the experience was so great. If you've lost your faith in a car buying experience that's fun and enjoyable, let Subaru Superstore of Chandler (or Daniel) change your mind. More
Easiest car purchase I've had. Best dealership experience I've had. No pressure sales. Justin listened to what I wanted and didn't try to steer me towards a more expensive model. When I had questions he didn't know he didn't BS me he found someone who had the answer. The dealership didn't add bogus charges like paint protectant of scotchguard. They had all styles in stock; base models, mid-grade, and high end to compare. Finance was equally easy. Brent didn't use high pressure tactics to get to buy my coverage. Finance took all of about 30 min. When we picked up the vehicle someone was there to show us every feature and answer question. Its my first Subaru but probably not my last. More

In my case it was abeautiful, gently-used Toyota Avalon. The process was friendly and pleasant, not high-pressured, and fairly quick. Both the salesman, David Griffin, and the Finance Manager, Marc Dicino were extremely knowledgeable, competent and easy to interact with. More

Great followup skills and kept us in the "game" until we made the decision to buy. If you don't hook up with Morgan when buying a car, you have missed out on a great salesman/customer relationship. We also were impressed with the knowledge of the Business Director, Karen Cain. She was not pushy at all and did a thorough job of presenting the various warranty options to us. Quick and easy transaction and I love the electronic desk that was used for signing documents. We also were given a class on the various operating systems of the car by a young man named Quenton. He was very knowledgeable of all the features of the car. He did a great job. I highly recommend this dealer. A non stressful car buying experience. More
2017 Subaru Outback My wife and I dealt with Morgan Trzaskos back in 2013 when we purchased our 2013 Subaru Impreza and we were treated so well that when we needed a new My wife and I dealt with Morgan Trzaskos back in 2013 when we purchased our 2013 Subaru Impreza and we were treated so well that when we needed a new vehicle we went back to purchase our 2017 Subaru Outback. We really appreciate how transparent everything was with Morgan and when we told him what we were looking for he made sure he went the extra mile to help us out. During the delivery process we had excellent help from Andrew Benedek who made sure we understood how to use all of the features on our new vehicle which was greatly appreciated. For our future car buying needs we'll definitely be coming back to this dealership. More
