Bought first Subaru Our first visit was with Don-TrelI. He had me test drive the Forester 2018. We told him that we have 3 different types of vehicles in mind. We are comparing first before buying. Don-Trell is nice and didn't say anything bad about the other 2 vehicles. He didn't pressure us on buying. I didn't get massive spam e-mail or phone calls. He only e-mail once a week. Which is a plus. 2nd visit was with Charlie. He called Don-Trell on the phone to let him know that we stop by. Don-Trell OK him to take over. I like how they respect each other and don't steel each others customer. It's a good experience for me. We get to test drive the Impreza 2018 and Forester 2017. Charlie had a lot of patient helping us. We also didn't get pressured. Charlie was very professional and friendly. He give us enough information about the vehicles. He also give us close to the price we can afford. More

Eddie Bittar is by far the best car salesperson I have ever worked with. He was clear and to the point about all the vehicles we were interested and gave us the facts rather than trying to convince us of something. He is also by far the nicest and friendliest we have worked with. We wound up going with a wonderful used 2014 tangerine Crosstrek and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend this dealership hands down and will definitely come back if we ever need another Subaru. More
