Johnny Barravecchio was a real pleasure to deal with - I've never had such a pleasant car-buying experience! He told me everything about the various car levels I was considering, explained the differences, and helped me negotiate a good price for the car I wanted. He also advised me about the 0% financing, and he even personally picked me up at my home in order for me to pick up the new car. That's what I call Customer Service! And Christine Weber who showed me all about my new car - all the bells and whistles - couldn't have been more patient or helpful! And after driving a 2005 Civic for 13 years - I needed a lot of instruction. I am so pleased with my new Forester - and with the Subaru Superstore of Chandler! Very relaxed atmosphere and no high pressure sales. Was looking for a replacement for my pickup truck that got totaled by a red light runner. Went into the dealership and spoke with Eddie Bittar and he was very helpful despite me telling him I was just gathering info and did not want to test drive that day. Made another visit to the dealership and spoke with Tom Darby to get some information and my daughter test drove a vehicle. It was a very relaxed and informative visit. Went back a third time and test drove an Outback and ended up getting it. Both Eddie and Tom helped us out and the experience was unlike any other car dealership. More
