Our sales associate Darby was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested and was straight forward with everything. No pressure to buy and respected my budget. He didn't try to make the vehicle something it wasn't and sold it for what it is. No buyers remorse here and I get a grin every time I step on the gas! Thanks Darby. More

I went to several dealerships and test drove different makes and models before contacting Daniel Falls at the Chandler Subaru Superstore regarding the CrossTrek. The 2017 models did not have the color (orange!) I was hoping for, so I waited for the 2018 models to arrive. Unlike one dealer near my home, Daniel gave me the space & time to find just the right car: 2018 CrossTrek in Sunshine Orange with a moonroof and all the latest safety features. The car is perfect for my lifestyle. The dealership is bright, clean and conveniently located near the 202 freeway. The entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable & professional, and have been extremely helpful with the purchase, explaining the car's many features, and the introduction to their service department. Stay Away, Save your money. Purchased a car from this dealership in 2014. At that time I purchased the extended warranty and I have had all service other than a hand full of oil Purchased a car from this dealership in 2014. At that time I purchased the extended warranty and I have had all service other than a hand full of oil changes done here. My car was towed to the dealership for service due to smoke coming from under the hood. Once it got there I was told I needed 3 things repaired, two of which had recently been performed on the car already at this dealership. Once I heard this I questioned it and asked if the repairs were still under the dealership warranty from when they were repaired. Miraculously I no longer needed these repairs and now needed only 1 repair, the radiator needed to be replaced due to a leak that could not be fixed. I was told this repair would be attended to the following day, but two hours later I receive a call that my car is finished and ready to be picked up. I go in to pick up my car after this repair is done and my car struggles to start and now the service rep is trying to sell me a new battery. According to the paperwork from when I checked in, my battery was tested and working. Somehow in the 2 days it sat at the dealership the battery went from working to dead. 4 days later my engine overheats on the highway on my way home from work. I had driven 200-300 miles in that time period. I have the car towed back to the dealership and am told the head gasket was blown and needed to be replaced and that would cost me almost $3000.00. I had already complained to the service dept. manager about having a bad experience there 4 days ago and was using him as my point of contact. Until I asked for something to be done and for me to be made whole, no accommodations were offered to make the situation right. I was only given an apology and excuses for what had taken place. This is not what I expect after spending almost $1000 the week before. After a lot of back and forth with the manager, I asked to get a price to sell my car to the dealership because their quoted repair cost (which by the way should have either been caught during the previous repair or taken care of by them due to lack of care and thoroughness in examining my car in the first place) was about half the value of my vehicle. I was given a very, very, very low offer by the sales person who I was transferred to on a trade and told it would be lower if I wanted it as a cash offer. He was more concerned with getting me to the lot to view their selection of new vehicles and did not seem to be aware that I was already upset about my prior service experience. This sales rep told me that the KBB value is always high and that no one receives that price. Admitedly my car needed work but I was being quoted less than half of the "fair" KBB value on the car which takes into account body work, engine work and new tires. I tried to contact the service manager again but my calls were not returned. After this I decided to have the vehicle towed 2 miles down the road to a different dealership. In trying to get my car out of the dealership I called again for the service manager only to be told they would not take my call. Once at the other dealership, I declared the repairs that were needed on the vehicle, had it inspected by their appraiser and was quoted a cash offer more than 3 times as high as Subaru Superstores trade in offer. Avoid this place at all costs. you are nothing other than a target in their attempt to make as much money as possible off every customer on every transaction. When you raise a complaint they offer to do nothing about it and then when you push back enough they stop taking your calls. I forgot to mention that the GM of the dealership was copied on my initial email but never bothered to reach out. This was my first ever Subaru purchase and it will for sure be my last. I will be following up with Subaru of US corporate office as well so they can be made aware of how poorly their dealerships are treating their customers More

It is powerful, quiet, comfortable and, in black silica, truly good looking, especially for a crossover SUV. As before, when I purchased the BRZ ( what a monsterously fun vehicle!), everyone was cordial and non invasive when I came in to browse. My former Suoerstore go-to, Jason, had moved on to mange the Porsche dealership next door but he asked John Barrivecchio to help me find the right Outback. John was and is a fabulous agent: Cordial, open, completely honest and forthcoming and very knowledgeable and informative. He answered every question and often anticipated most of them before asked. I had done a good deal of research and knew that if I was buying, the 3.6R V6 was the only vehicle that would have the power needed to get out of potential accidents before they happened. I also found that the safety and warning features surpass all other auto makers anywhere near it's class. John confirmed this as did the financial individual who owned the same vehicle. One side note: during negotiations my wife came in with her WRX to ask if the damage to the clear coat was still under warranty. She was upset, and John went straight to the manager of that department and asked him to please deal with it. He did so instantly to the immense satisfaction of my spouse. As John put it, "If we can't help our own customers, who can we help?" Sure, it was a convenient thing to say, but I totally believe him and trust in the associates at the Subaru Superstore. in short, I recommend them without reservation. More

I felt minimal pressure in the buying process and was grateful for that. Mr. Darby was very knowledgeable about the product and patient in explaining (two or three times occasionally) features that were new to me. I would recommend this gentleman in a heartbeat. More
