The vehicle the forester is replacing was the vehicle I raised my son in as we took countless adventures camping fishing etc. The emotional stress coupled with the stress of purchasing a new vehicle on my teacher salary was at times very emotional. Darby was really patient and kind in helping me understand basic things when my grief brain locked up on simple elements to the deal. He was great and for a young man he was kind beyond his years and a fantastic introduction to Subaru. If the rest of the employees and this company is anywhere close to Darbys kindness and patience I will be a die hard loyal customer for life and advertise Subaru to my school community. More
Don't have the dealer tint your windows Purchased a used car from Jack Callaghan. The purchase was very good and Jack was great to work with. Had a buzzing issue and found that the window t Purchased a used car from Jack Callaghan. The purchase was very good and Jack was great to work with. Had a buzzing issue and found that the window tint on the rear glass did not adhere at the top and would buzz when the window was down. The in house tint person had tinted this used vehicle. Jack made an appointment for me and the tint person was over booked but trimmed the tint. After returning 3 more times that day they made an appt. for me to strip it and replace it. I requested that they darken the rear window and they agreed. I also asked for a windshield strip $40.00. I was told when I made the appt I would be done no later then noon. At 3:30 pm I showed up and the vehicle was still not ready. When I received the vehicle the tint was the same way it was when I took it in. They took it back and sprayed solution on it again and attached it. I spoke to Doug the sales manager and he stated he was sorry for the poor service. They never offered to discount my $40.00 windshield strip and then after leaving it dawned on me they also did not put the darker tint on. Shame on me for not checking this prior to leaving. More

They had what I wanted and at a very good price! My husband and I came from New Mexico to check out a Subaru. I knew what I wanted and they had several to choose from.
