The Paragon of Car Dealerships and Sales Have never had such a great experience shopping for and buying a car. I inquired about a vehicle that sold just an hour earlier.....he hooked us up with a few other cars to test drive that were similar, and made the task of buying a new car a breeze. From start to finish we were there for just under 3 hrs, which is lightning fast in 'car buying' hours.....From finance to getting the car detailed, it was simply perfect and everyone was positive and cordial. Thanks to Marc and Danielle as well! We got a great vehicle that clicked all our boxes! More

Thomas Darby reached out to us via email and was able to get us the best deal we could get and in the most friendly and relaxed way possible. Other Subaru dealership employees (different Arizona locations) never really took us serious as buyers. Never contacted us. We live in Oro Valley AZ, so we had to drive 100 miles to Subaru Dealership in Chandler AZ. From the time we walked in, until we decided that Outback is what we wanted, it was a pleasant and low-pressure visit. The first time ever we felt at ease with a "salesman". We did not feel we were being manipulated or pressured into buying certain vehicle. We received very reasonable trade-in discount, and reasonable price for the new vehicle. The honesty and friendliness we saw in everyone we met there really sets this dealership above all others we have dealt in the past. Thomas Darby totally understood our objectives and helped find the best fit. We are already talking to Mr. Darby about purchasing another Subaru from this dealership. World Class Service This was my second purchase at the superstore in Chandler AZ, we purchased an Impreza from this store a year ago and had such a great experience my da This was my second purchase at the superstore in Chandler AZ, we purchased an Impreza from this store a year ago and had such a great experience my daughter loves the car... My lease was up on my car and I new this would be my first choice to shop. I met Gary Simpson upon arrival and he greeted me warmly and was excellent thru the entire process, low pressure, very comfortable to talk to and an absolute wealth of information and knowledge, he knows Subaru's. The initial car I was searching for was at the store in Surprise but I wanted to drive and shop the store near home, so they showed me another fantastic model they had in stock and I drove it and knew this was the car, they helped me with excellent pricing and I got some nifty features on this car I would not have gotten on the other one. The end result was great, I got a super car, great price and was on the road so fast I barely drank on e free bottle of water, WOW!!!!! Once again, Thank you to Gary Simpson and the Management team, great job.. More

This was my first time buying a car on my own, a I never write reviews but wanted to write a review for this dealership and my experience with Johnny. This was my first time buying a car on my own, and to be honest the whole process started out as a major headache. I live in Tucson and after weeks of dealing with the folks there, I eventually got fed up (they wouldn't budge on price, were slow to call me back, and with the exception one person, they talked to me in a condescending way), and called Johnny at Chandler Subaru to see what options they had. He was able to get me the best price by far within an hour, was incredibly friendly and overall led to a great experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking at Subarus in Arizona and would encourage folks in Tucson to consider making the short trip. More
