An overall nice experience My wife and I went to the dealership to look at the Subaru Forester. We had already looked at the Honda CR-V and Toyota RAV4 and Kia Soul the prior d My wife and I went to the dealership to look at the Subaru Forester. We had already looked at the Honda CR-V and Toyota RAV4 and Kia Soul the prior day. We were met by Scott Koresky and he took us to look at several Foresters. We ended up driving two of them and buying. I was impressed with Scott's knowledge of the cars. He explained all the features from safety to technical details and the tradeoffs between models of the Forester. We wanted to examine the turbo XT model because I thought the extra power would be nice. We picked the 2.5i model because it had lots of power merging on the freeway and appeared easier to maintain. The turbo has an extra oil supply filter and a large intercooler which covers the top of the 2.0 liter engine and requires premium gas. Scott explained the steps we would follow for purchasing the car. He even programmed our apple phone to sync with our new car before we left the lot. Working with finance also proved to be very low stress. I decided to purchase an extended care package. The certified preowned car came with an extended warranty for the power train. My added warranty covers all the other things that might fail. We left with the car and are happy with our purchasing experience. More

We were interested in getting a Forester but due to lack of a vent system in the back (which is a must in AZ especially in summer), we ended up not getting one. Hopefully Subaru would address is miss in their future model. Coming back to our experience, we worked with David Griffin who is the Internet Sales Manager. He is one of the most amazing car sales rep that we have worked with, ever. He is polite, extremely helpful, kind and someone who would not bother you by making a million phone calls. We test drove like 3 times over a period of one month and were hoping that the new model would come out but that did not happen. We don't come across people like him that often and thought he is the best of the best. Although we didn't get a Subaru, we want to recognize that people like David make us feel welcome and appreciated. We wish him the very best! More
Quick and Easy Experience I had test driven an Outback at another dealership but couldn't come to a satisfactory deal with them. When I inquired online with Subaru Superstore, I was promptly contacted by the Sales Manager. He worked with me for two weeks to get the car I wanted fresh off the truck. Communication with him was frequent and crystal clear. I always felt in the loop with the status of the vehicle. The day I went to pick up my car went fairly quick. The team was awesome going over the features of the car and with the paperwork. Thanks Brian, Alex, and Joe. More
