Found a dealership I will return to I went into this dealership on 12/15 to test drive a Crosstrek. John was so helpful and great to work with. John didn't pressure us to get something outside out price range and we left feeling good. Over the weekend I reached out to some other dealerships who then inundated me with 5+ calls and emails and multiple different people calling from the same dealership. It helped remind me how fantastic is was working with John. A single point of contact and he didn't leave me 3 messages a day telling me to call him back. This really stood out to me. We went back on 12/17 and worked with John to find a car in our price range with all the features we were looking for. We drove home in a new Impreza and absolutely love it. After the experience we had with John, Dan, and Joe, I think we have found a dealership we will return to again over the years and cars to come. If you're looking for a dealership that's family owned and doesn't feel slimy and pushy, this is the place to go. They own a few other dealerships I imagine have the same customer experience. More

Special Order Crosstrek We came to the Chandler Subaru Superstore having a pretty good idea of what we wanted. Subaru’s reputation already sold us. Everyone was helpful and w We came to the Chandler Subaru Superstore having a pretty good idea of what we wanted. Subaru’s reputation already sold us. Everyone was helpful and we were able to narrow our choices after test driving the Crosstrek and the Outback. We verified that we could flat tow the manual Crosstrek behind our RV. We also have a 1994 Jeep Wrangler and love off-roading. We watched videos of the Crosstrek tackling moderate 4x4 trails and look forward to getting on some dirt with our Crosstrek. We had to place an order for the color we wanted in a manual transmission. It was nice because we also go to pick the accessories we wanted, too. Placing the order was easy and Darby helped us midway after our original salesperson left Subaru. He was great with keeping us informed on the status of our order and having everything ready when we arrived to pick up our new car. The process went smoothly and we are happy with our new car.
