Special shoutout to Brandon and Joe, though, with Brandon as lead on our sale. My fiancee and I went to Mastro about 4 times, before pulling the trigger. Probably 3 of these were close to around closing time because of our work schedule. We also reached out to them, especially Brandon, many more times via phone with questions. We never once felt like we were causing any inconvenience, and we never felt pressure to buy. We went to nearly 10 dealerships in searching for a car, and Mastro was our favorite. Very happy with our new Crosstrek! (PS For some reason, I couldn't single Brandon out for a star rating, but he would get 5 stars if I could.) More

Wonderful car buying experience! This was my first time buying a new car. Melissa Bruce and Andrew Casson made me feel welcome from the very start. I went there knowing I wanted to bu This was my first time buying a new car. Melissa Bruce and Andrew Casson made me feel welcome from the very start. I went there knowing I wanted to buy the 2019 Forester Sport in Dark Grey Metallic. Unfortunately they did not have one on site in that color. I ended up buying one in Black Silica after noticing in person that there was not much difference in color between the two (saw a crosstrek in black and dark grey). Andrew Casson was very knowledgeable about the car and went over every detail. The test drive was great and did not feel rushed. The buying experience did not feel rushed at all. They were even able to get me a better intrest rate than what I had gotten pre approved for. I would highly recommend buying a car from Mastro Subaru of Tampa. More
