Subaru Story From the time I entered the lot , ALL employees showed much product knowledge , patience [ even after repeated questions ] and above all , kindness. I did not feel rushed. They listened to my relay of the story reguarding the horrible accident that totalled my previous Subaru . They asked about my injury and about how my Dad was doing after the accident. They listened. They care. They were quite sympathetic reguarding the recent horrible car accident and my injured Father. It did not appear to matter , " who has the sale " , as long as I was being helped to my voiced satisfaction. I was assisted in my purchase by Hunter , his friend Mitch and Uncle , Sean. Also , a man who excelled in patience and showed compassion with obvious sincerity . carefully making sure I understood ALL the forms , policies and coverages , was Julio in the Financial Dept. Is Mastro the closest Subaru to where I live ? No. Is this the dealership where I purchased my last Subaru ?
