I never thought I would give a car dealership 5 starts, but they deserve it. Tommy was a great salesperson, not a pushy in your face type of person which I previously dealt with. He put up with me for a fe but they deserve it. Tommy was a great salesperson, not a pushy in your face type of person which I previously dealt with. He put up with me for a few months while I did my research and thinking. When it was time to buy his gentle nature was still the same. An overall nice guy. When the dreaded time to work with finance came, I was again pleasantly surprised with Julio. Another super nice guy that was not pushy, just helpful. I would definitely recommend Mastro when buying a new car. More

We had the pleasure of visiting Mastro Subaru this past weekend. We walked away with a new Forester. Why? Because the folks at Mastro are soooo easy to work with. The sales team, especially Thompson (Thom) was a joy to work with and I drove home in exactly the car I have pined for during this long siege of COVID. They had the car detailed and ready to go prior to my arrival. Walking into the sales center was a welcome change from the intimidating environment I'm used to entering on car lots. I happened to be there on the 4th of July for which management brought in boxed lunches from Panera for the staff and customers. We were offered drinks by almost every member of staff in the center that day, which indicates the extent of the customer care there. Joseph and Julio were wonderful to work with, both very friendly and knowledgeable. Julio detailed the extra offers/add ons available, offered his opinion on the most beneficial add ons, and did not push it if I declined. Joseph gave me an in-depth tour and made all the features of the Subaru known to me. He also helped in getting me signed in and set up with StarLink/MySubaru as well as walking me through the driver recognition program set-up in the car. They made the car buying experience enjoyable (which is not something I ever thought I'd say!). Also, a shout out to Mike T who helped me during negotiations. I just wish I lived closer so I could take my car there to get serviced! Thank you, Mastro, for an enjoyable experience and for pairing me with my dream car! More
I have very positive opinion about this dealer ship generally. However the service dept goofed up on my last visit. The car was in for a check engine light which was evaluated for 4 hours( I waited at generally. However the service dept goofed up on my last visit. The car was in for a check engine light which was evaluated for 4 hours( I waited at the dealership for the car) Two days later the check engine light appeared once again . I made the earliest appt available which was Thurs. AAA replaced battery on Wed when car would not start after a stop at the dry cleaners. No more check engine light. More
