Just worked with Brittany Schultz in service. She was very helpful and so kind to set my clock, and walk me to my car with an umbrella because it was pouring rain. Steven Truong, service advisor, was incredibly helpful when I stopped by recently late one afternoon for some minor damage to my Subaru 2018 Outback. He kept me apprised of progress, and I was in and out when I stopped by recently late one afternoon for some minor damage to my Subaru 2018 Outback. He kept me apprised of progress, and I was in and out within about two hours. The waiting area is very attractive and pleasant -- and I could even control the TV. I have had a couple of Mercedes and Cadillacs but nothing beats the service at Subaru. A nod to checkout point person, Pam, also! More
Wouldn't Even Look At It Had car problems two times going to Charlotte Airport which is 2 l/2 hrs each way for me. Husband was taken to hospital in Texas and had to rush home. Had car problems two times going to Charlotte Airport which is 2 l/2 hrs each way for me. Husband was taken to hospital in Texas and had to rush home. Had to leave car in long term parking but arrange with dealership to look at the car if a friend brought it to them. Had all relevant information. After promising me they would they refused - costing her four hours of travel. Now I have no way to get my car. More
Subaru Reigns I bought my Subaru Outback in 2013. The sales department couldn't have been more helpful or efficient. I was amazed that I was able to actually driv I bought my Subaru Outback in 2013. The sales department couldn't have been more helpful or efficient. I was amazed that I was able to actually drive my new car home same day. Service since then has been outstanding. I take the light rail into work and the South Blvd. station is close to the dealer. They drive me to the station and pick me up. Everyone has always been helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I really don't know where those negative reviews are coming from. More

Holiday Samaritans While on holidays,I was visiting family in Charlotte where I had a minor issue with my car.It's tough enough to locate a good car dealer in your home While on holidays,I was visiting family in Charlotte where I had a minor issue with my car.It's tough enough to locate a good car dealer in your home town,never mind when you're away.It was Christmas Eve,or eve of when I showed up at Subaru South Blvd.The service department was busy,yet John,Ed,David? and a technician tried to help me fix my car. I felt TOTALLY comfortable allowing this dealership make the repair,but the part[s] needed was not available. There's something to be said in how you treat someone BEFORE they spend money with you. More
