Felt that I was pressured and not allowed time to think about the price quoted on the vehicle. Sounded like it was a good deal, but checking around it was only okay. Would have know that without the pressu about the price quoted on the vehicle. Sounded like it was a good deal, but checking around it was only okay. Would have know that without the pressure. Won't happen again. More
Barry was amazing. He was honest and straightforward and worked his tail off to make sure we got into the car we wanted at the price point we were looking for. I highly recommend this dealership, Subaru, an worked his tail off to make sure we got into the car we wanted at the price point we were looking for. Staff was very friendly, and direct but not aggressive. Kelsey Tobin from internet sales was very helpful in keeping us informed of the status of the vehicle, prior to being able to make a visit. Eric Lang Kelsey Tobin from internet sales was very helpful in keeping us informed of the status of the vehicle, prior to being able to make a visit. Eric Lang was extremely helpful in explaining the purchase process of the used vehicle being purchased, along with the no-pressure sales approach. Daniel McLaughlin prepared and executed closing paperwork in a very timely manner and was very informative of the paperwork process, considering we purchased the vehicle from out of state. The vehicle was purchased with some minor issues that required attention and that was agreed upon during the purchasing process. The staff (Eric Lang and Patrick) along with the service department personnel were very helpful in the scheduling and execution of the repairs (again, considering we were from out of state). Good, no-pressure experience. More

Wife and I visited this dealership not really knowing what we wanted, including even anything within the brand. We narrowed down our options pretty quickly to either a CrossTek or an Outback. We really what we wanted, including even anything within the brand. We narrowed down our options pretty quickly to either a CrossTek or an Outback. We really were horrible with deciding what we wanted. We placed a verbal order for an Outback, got the price consessions we were looking for. The day we went to pick it up we decided on our way to the dealership that we wanted to take another look at the Crosstek. When we we say the lease costs for the Crosstek (higher than the outback) we were flamoxed and decided to do nothing (more time to think). After leaving the dealership we received a call from Chris who sweetened the deal on the Outback even more. We uturned, went back to the dealer, and closed the deal. If anything, we (the customer) were an undecided, flip-flopping pain in the neck. The whole time Chris was very matter of fact. Not once did he show any signs of anxiety. Not the case for us... Along the lines of price, we did our research on kbb.com and pretty much knew what the going market/street price was for the car we configured. When we presented the price we were willing to pay there were no issues. Prior to the price "presentation" there was a little bit of the old school "let me check with my manager to see what we can do on the price". That ended quickly once I presented my offer (instead of the other way around). Overall, they went through enough of the details/features of the care to get me going. Chris followed up a week later to see how things were going... which was nice. I did take the opportunity to ask him a question about the rear seat belt... it just saved my from looking it up in the owners manual. The "finance experience" was very low pressure... they pretty much knew we were the kind of customer that didn't go for the extended warranty pitch, so they didn't make it. I was surprised and even asked what happened to it! Overall, once we made up our mind what WE wanted, the purchase experience was uneventful, no-pressure and low stress. It was not the typical dreaded car purchase experience. More
They are the definition of a SHADY car dealership!! I bought a trade in there, and was told it goes through a 120 point inspection. My husband specifically asked about transmission problems we learned a bought a trade in there, and was told it goes through a 120 point inspection. My husband specifically asked about transmission problems we learned about when researching Pathfinders online. We were assured the vehicle would not have that issue. Three days after buying the vehicle, the check engine light came on. I took the car back to the dealership, and they sent me home in one of their rentals. They had my car for over 24 hours, and told me all it needed was a tune up. Upon leaving Subaru, the light came on again on the way home. I called them to let them know and they told me it "was not in their budget" to help me. At this point, I hadn't even made the first payment on the car!!! Three months later, the transmission gave out completely. We took it to the Nissain dealership, and they ran the vin number and told us had previously done work on it. The car had been their two years prior and had transmission problems then. The past owners declined to have the work done, stating they were planning on trading the car in anyway. So now, I have a $5,500 repair bill, and I only paid $10,000 for the entire car. Every repair person I have had look at the car told me the car was a LEMON, and that there was no way Subaru didn't know about the issues when they sold it to (please keep in mnd we specifically asked about this EXACT ISSUE). The kicker is that not only did they lie to me when I bought it, the car sat in the service bay area and they still did not tell me. Apparently if we had been told at either point what the true issue was, we could have bypassed the radiator and possibly saved my transmission. My husband and I went back to Subaru again to ask for help, and they told us they would put in a USED transmission for around $4,000!!! All in all, we got screwed... please don't let them screw you too!!!!!!!! More
