I called to set up an appointment to have my 2021 Subaru Outback checked out for window repair. I also needed routine maintenance and spark plugs. The reservation center people were very pleasant and made Outback checked out for window repair. I also needed routine maintenance and spark plugs. The reservation center people were very pleasant and made the appointment process easy. I mentioned to the associate it is a fleet vehicle and if that needed to be put into the notes. My company also said we can have it serviced there too especially since the window was not functioning correctly. I took the time to bring my car in and was greeted by a service advisor. Everything was all pleasant until I mentioned I had a fleet vehicle. I was then told “ the owner no longer wants to accept fleet vehicles”. It’s unfortunate to have this discrimination policy when a corporation sets up agreements to have vehicles maintained. Also short sighted by the owner who doesn’t want to deal with “those vehicles” as many of us really enjoy Subaru and make it a choice for our large organization of employees. When we have the option to purchase the vehicle where will we bring it to? Not Subaru Orange Coast. More
Everything is good, except of they did not clearly mention about the interest rate when you do finance.
