I could not have been treated better than I was here at this dealership. We had been searching for a car for a while, being told by other dealerships that they had the car, having us drive over an hour to this dealership. We had been searching for a car for a while, being told by other dealerships that they had the car, having us drive over an hour to get there only to find that the car was not there and they were trying to sell us the wrong car (without us knowing) at a higher price as if we wouldn’t notice. I was starting to think that all dealerships were like this. Boy was I wrong! Allan was OUTSTANDING. He was kind and informative and up front and honest every step of the way. In fact, everyone at Subaru Orange Coast was. This car was well worth waiting for and I’m so glad we bought from them in the end. My husband and I were helped by such a kind man by the name of Allen Feisher when we arrived at the dealership of Subaru Santa Ana.
