I worked with Kyle Hu, who was patient, responsive, willing to work with my needs, and put up with my constant text and questions quickly and gracefully! When my car finally arrived (I put one on hold that was expected to be delivered). The dealer process was quick and streamlined. Randy, the finance director took the time to explain the process, give pros and cons of different options, and helped identify what was best for me without feeling pressure to add on any thing I didn't need. Not the most customer focused dealership. After moving from out of state, I started visiting this dealership for service but it's never really a pleasant experience. I will absolutely drive further to buy my next brand new Outback Touring XT. Dealership refuses to secure a loaner care if your service is estimated to be under 2 hours. No guarantee you will get the vehicle back in that amount of time. They also will have you come in for a repair while not in possession of the required part(s) and inform you about the issue about an hour in before apologizing and sending you home. They promise you a full tank of gas as a way to apologize but you never can get it. Lots of crappy experiences. More

I could not have been treated better than I was here at this dealership. We had been searching for a car for a while, being told by other dealerships that they had the car, having us drive over an hour to this dealership. We had been searching for a car for a while, being told by other dealerships that they had the car, having us drive over an hour to get there only to find that the car was not there and they were trying to sell us the wrong car (without us knowing) at a higher price as if we wouldn’t notice. I was starting to think that all dealerships were like this. Boy was I wrong! Allan was OUTSTANDING. He was kind and informative and up front and honest every step of the way. In fact, everyone at Subaru Orange Coast was. This car was well worth waiting for and I’m so glad we bought from them in the end. We would 100% return to this dealership the next time we are in the market for a car. More
