This has been by far my best experience with a dealership in years. I had been looking at several different cars from Toyota to Honda and Subaru. After visiting about 12 different dealerships, I landed here at Subaru Orange Coast. I was greeted immediately by Dino who was eager to help. He was just as excited to help me find a new car as I was to get one. Easy to talk to, very transparent and friendly tone. I ordered my Subaru Crosstrek 2023 in October and it was scheduled for Jan, luckily it got here much sooner than expected but Dino was always on time with ETA updates. The final steps were a breeze with the help of Dino by explaining very thoroughly and even answering questions I had before I asked them. He clearly knows what he is talking about. Very energetic, as a sales agent myself that is a huge plus because it makes the customer feel comfortable.
