I was at another Subaru dealership and they could not fix my front and rear alignment after 3 trips . So I decided to take it to Orlando North Subaru in Sanford and they were awesome, did the repair in two h my front and rear alignment after 3 trips . So I decided to take it to Orlando North Subaru in Sanford and they were awesome, did the repair in two hours and when I called to make an appointment on a late friday afternoon the service agent Kelly got me in on Monday at noon , she even checked up on me an hour later after I left to see how the car was handling. I am now going to be a loyal customer to this dealership. More

As a long time customer, I’ve been disappointed since the new owners purchased Subaru North Orlando (previously Mastro) in 2020. Their service department will no longer honor the life-time oil changes I was new owners purchased Subaru North Orlando (previously Mastro) in 2020. Their service department will no longer honor the life-time oil changes I was supposed to receive (unless now I also agree to do ALL their ‘suggested’ service items at their inflated pricing). The General Manager basically told me they were no longer going to honor the commitment because it was too expensive. Time for me to find someone new when I buy my next Subie or have my current one serviced. More

Kendall in service continually goes above and beyond to ensure the customer experience within the service department is excellent. I have had some warranty issues on my Ascent and any time I speak with Ke ensure the customer experience within the service department is excellent. I have had some warranty issues on my Ascent and any time I speak with Kendall or come to the service department she tries to the best of her ability to get my car done quickly, correctly and communicates with me about next steps. I could not recommend this dealership more. More
I purchased the car here and also have them do all of the maintenance. I am fully satisfied with the dealer as I am with the car.
