Service is outstanding and they’re efficient. Kendal was outstanding. However, too many staff not wearing mask properly by allowing their nose to be exposed, or letting it hang off her face as member was be outstanding. However, too many staff not wearing mask properly by allowing their nose to be exposed, or letting it hang off her face as member was behind a plexiglass that is not completely enclosed which allows exposure to customers especially when numerous people are in a small area that is the service department. I’m a disabled veteran with smoke damage lungs and I need to be very careful as I wear a N95 mask and full face shield. Management needs to step up and enforce rules and think outside the box to create a different customer service experience by modifying how the customer interacts with service reps. All doors are clearly marked on all entrances that masks are required in the building by the Seminole county. However, I watch two delivery people enter without masks and no action was taken. Because of the lack of social distancing, due to facilities limitations, and lack of management oversight I do not feel safe going back inside the dealership. When I do because I have too , I will be more assertive to maintain my social distancing outside the service office. Because of this I cannot recommend the service center at this time. I am not a customer just complaining to complain. I have 29 years experience in Navy Medicine and Navy Safety. Please step up management oversight because staff and customers will get sick by visiting your dealership. I am recommending the quality of work and most importantly Kendals outstanding professionalism. More
A special thanks to Nick Luedy at Mastro Subaru. We had submitted a request the night before and Nick had everything ready for us when we arrived at the dealership the following day. There were no high pressure sales tactics and the process of buying our car was seamless. We then worked with Ray Cantu in the finance department and, again, the process was quick and seamless. Excellent in sales, encore experience and service I purchased my new Crosstrek in January 2020. The finance department was amazing and was able to transfer my license plate at the time of purchase. Mike (encore experience) was fabulous and taught me things that I didn't know about my car. My first service experience was also very pleasant. Although they are quite a drive from the southeast part of Orlando, it is worth the drive. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone I meet. My first service for my 2020 Subaru Ascent was on schedule. My Ascent has 5,530 miles at this appointment. The Service Desk was very helpful although with the Pandemic forced to wear masks and stay a schedule. My Ascent has 5,530 miles at this appointment. The Service Desk was very helpful although with the Pandemic forced to wear masks and stay at the dealership while the service was performed. We had the recommended oil change and first service checkup. We also requested rotation of the tires and had the car washed. All of this was done in about 45 minutes. The only thing I missed was documentation that the tires were in dead rotated. I used my 700 points for the wash and also didn’t notice any points remaining. In the future we will probably have our Subaru serviced in Jacksonville, Florida as it is at least 60 miles closer to where we now live. More
