My service advisor was very nice, informative and helpful. She knew what needed to be done and advised me on upcoming issues that need to be addressed during my next scheduled maintenance. We are a Subaru family. We finally found a great place to service our cars -- a CrossTrek hybrid and our Solterra EV. I can't say enough wonderful things about their custom We finally found a great place to service our cars -- a CrossTrek hybrid and our Solterra EV. I can't say enough wonderful things about their customer service. Jason Lance is the manager we worked with. For the CrossTrek, he made sure we had a loaner car while they tried to figure out the AC problem (which other shops couldn't figure out.) He kept us very informed every day as parts were ordered, etc. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Thank you for your great work, Jason! More
