Brought my car in for service. I am upset with myself for letting them take advantage of me like that. $500 to change 4 sparkplugs? xxx? $325 to replace a tire pressure sensor? Tho I am upset with myself for letting them take advantage of me like that. $500 to change 4 sparkplugs? xxx? $325 to replace a tire pressure sensor? Those are just the highpoints! Add an oil change and air filters and I got out of there for just over $1250. I declined a couple other things I need to have done because that would have cost another $1500+ To top it off it took them over 5 hours to do it. I'll NEVER go back there again! I gave them a "1" for a rating because it wouldn't let me rate them lower. More

I had to bring my 2021 Enclave in without an appointment because of a flat tire on the Interstate and I could not continue using my car for work with the temporary tire. I expected I had to replace one or because of a flat tire on the Interstate and I could not continue using my car for work with the temporary tire. I expected I had to replace one or both rear tires. They called later and said they were able to repair the tire and it was ready to be picked up. When I picked it up, there was no charge because of the service agreement I have with SBC for the car. I greatly appreciate the honesty and courtesy I was afforded. More
