I had a walk in oil change. Took 2 hrs because of the cars ahead of me. I was given a car wash and used my coupon that included the oil change and rotation. Now this is not a reflection of the dealership but I went to the parts department to enquirer about the transmission fluid for my vehicle they can only get it in 5 gallon bucket’s at a cost of about $600.00. This is really making a lot of people disgusted that I have found out. Had I known this I might not have purchased this vehicle. There’s also a concern about whether to service this transmission or not. More

I needed a battery for my 2018 Subaru Outback. I was stuck as my battery died and I had to be towed. I was charged 480 dollars for a battery that you can buy at any Autozone for 200 bucks.
