Would absolutely recommend the dealership and either Edgardo or Fred as salesman! Was recommended to see Edgardo, met him late night one day and he was running back and fourth getting keys for me to Edgardo or Fred as salesman! Was recommended to see Edgardo, met him late night one day and he was running back and fourth getting keys for me to look over 7 cars. Was too late then to finish a deal so went back the following day. Edgardo was busy with other customers so Fred helped me on the second day with him. Both days and both Edgardo and Fred were great, between the multiple test drives, information, quick initial paperwork process before finance, and their trade in offer on my old vehicle was a very good price. I've had horrible experiences in the past with dealerships but subaru el paso was great! About 6 hrs total time, but 3+ of those hours were test drives and looking over all different models. More

Arrived on a scheduled oil change appointment. Upon arrival waited 10-15 minutes to be greeted. Multiple people passed by the service area and not one addressed me until I had to go inside and the Upon arrival waited 10-15 minutes to be greeted. After oil change was done was rushed to pick up car due to them finishing it at 5:40pm and then closing at 6pm. The whole experience felt rushed and subpar to what I am used to at Subaru. More

Excellent customer service from Angel. I drove down from NM for regular maintenance. As I was already at the dealership, I asked Angel if he would run a quote on a tow hitch--something tha I drove down from NM for regular maintenance. As I was already at the dealership, I asked Angel if he would run a quote on a tow hitch--something that I'd wanted to have installed. He gave me a great price and found the hitch was in stock. I was able to have it installed same day--avoiding another 2 hour roundtrip drive from NM for service. Angel checked how long the install would take (a couple hours) and then mentioned he could call a shuttle to take me to a local outdoor mall where I could walk around and grab lunch instead of waiting at the dealer for the hitch install. It felt like VIP treatment. Angel kept me well informed of the progress via text and phone calls--great communication. Highly recommend this dealership! More
