Luis was so pleasant to work with and made both my wife and I feel like a main priority. Luis was so professional, but also so personable. The sales manager, Mathew Velenzuela, was more than willing to take time out of his day to come meet with my wife and I not just once but twice. This dealership is running things the right way. Since my first step inside the doors of the Subaru Service Center looking forward to have my vehicle serviced on by qualified technicians. I was met with absolutely poor customer service on behalf of Service Center looking forward to have my vehicle serviced on by qualified technicians. I was met with absolutely poor customer service on behalf of the misogynist front desk men hovering the counters. Nevertheless, I left my vehicle in the hands of the Subaru team for inspection and diagnosis. I was phoned the following day in regards to repairs and cost. As I was listening attentively, the repair code changed 3 times while I asked for additional information. The repair amount over the phone amounted to $1,300 and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle the total amount was $2,500. As a woman arriving to this Center alone, I felt it was taking into consideration with 90% of the costs for “preventative” measures. Truthfully, I would have loved to do business with this team at Subaru El Paso and had these “preventative” services done by the technicians at this Center. The matter of fact is, I could not pay for a service I was already unsatisfied with. I picked up my vehicle and went to a far more trusted Car Repair Shop and was quoted for only services my vehicle was in need of. Thank you. More
