I found a vehicle on their website and was called and advised that the vehicle needed a warranty repair but they couldn’t tell me when it would be available for purchase. They called me a day later and advised that the vehicle needed a warranty repair but they couldn’t tell me when it would be available for purchase. They called me a day later and said vehicle was ready. I had told them I would put a deposit down but was advised they don’t do that (which many do). The rep told me that should would call me the next day as I would need to make arrangements to fly there. She never called.so I called the general manager and never got a call back either. Finally 3 days later I got a generic email that it was no longer available. So must for great customer service. A call would’ve been nice but guess they were too busy to make a 10 second call. More
Great customer service especially Jorge Flores in the service department. The oil change and tire rotation was prompt. Wonderful car buying experience. Had it 5 days before the transmission started slipping. Took it to a mechanic and was full of black sludge. 5 days. transmission started slipping. Took it to a mechanic and was full of black sludge. 5 days. More
While the service time is always fast, it was a bit disappointing to be welcomed by a service advisor not wearing her mask. It took her a few minutes to finally realize she didn't have one on and was s disappointing to be welcomed by a service advisor not wearing her mask. It took her a few minutes to finally realize she didn't have one on and was scrambling to find one. Then when I returned to pick up my car, I saw her with her mask pulled down. The other 2 service advisors had theirs on though. This pandemic is a VERY serious matter and people like this make me very upset. Maybe they shouldn't be working with the public and putting everyone's lives at risk and possibly even death. While I will return to Subaru, I will make sure I do not deal with this individual. More
I recently purchased my new vehicle from this location. Nathan V was great is helping us find the right car and getting us into the price point we needed. The process was easy and smooth. I tried to get all the info and be prepared, but essentially they took advantage of my ignorance and I agreed because I trusted them. They didn’t tell me about the $600 a year in taxes, the $425 extra a year for insurance, the $300 disposal fee. When I tried to get out 2 weeks later, they said I could not. I tried to get out at a year- they said no. I tried to trade it in at the end of last year- they would only get me into a 7 year old used car with much less safety and quality. I have a disability that requires me to have certain things in a car- nothing extravagant but required nonetheless. At the end of the lease, they were very apologetic but basically told me it was my fault for being ignorant (their word), that Subaru is what a “certain class” of people expect and they are able to pay for it. When I chose not to extend the lease or get their used cars, they added several steps and hoops to jump through that no one ever mentioned. I’m a single mother and a teacher and I did the best I could. Now I’m starting over with nothing as an asset. I’m holding my breath to see how many fines, fees and additional surprises will be on the final bill. I have no doubt that this will not get a response because it’s not positive, but it is true. More
