We worked with Austin Bailey at Subaru El Paso this past Friday. He was very helpful and personable and super patient with us as we tried to figure out our car purchase. Unmatched experience, the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I wasn’t being hounded by sales reps, my salesman was Nathan and he not only was able to give me an excellent deal, but he was very per buying a car. In June 2023 Subaru El Paso held a grand opening of their newly remodeled dealership. The new showroom, service area, and all the amenities are impressive. The staff are courteous, friendly, and eager to as newly remodeled dealership. The new showroom, service area, and all the amenities are impressive. The staff are courteous, friendly, and eager to assist. The dealership always seems to be busy in their servicing and other interactions of all vehicles. My one comment is about the computer software used in managing and tracking the service needed on a vehicle. Two times, now, the software has not picked up manufacturers maintenance that was already done on a prior visit. This means that I would have paid twice for a recommended maintenance that already occurred on a prior visit. This idea makes me dissatisfied because every time I do come in for 6,000 mile maintenance the bill is equal to or more than that month's car payment! It is frustrating and had it not been for the intervention of Service Advisor G. Rodriguez, I would have ended up paying even more. I don't understand why the computer servicing software does not track (and update with each visit) what has already been accomplished on prior visits along with the appropriate mileage checks. I would like to see the software do a better job of tracking and comparing and reporting the maintenance already performed versus what still needs to be performed based on the vehicle mileage.
