It's quite obvious this dealership has gone to great lengths to emphasize customer service. In the Service Dept. you're immediately welcomed and assigned an employee that will be your personal assistant lengths to emphasize customer service. I went for an oil change and a coolant flush when the mechanic removed the engine cover he found a nasty leak. Long story short the engine had to be dropped. The service rep looked into my after market insurance and most of the cost was taken care of. Repairs were made in a timely matter and I was given a loaner mean time I got my car back. As usual the service department on Subaru of El Paso, TX went above and beyond to make sure that I was educated on the issue as well as on their efficient and excellent repair job. More

Can’t express how impressed I am with this dealership and service dept. We were traveling from San Antonio TX to Las Cruces NM on our way to Arizona when we started having trouble with the car shaking once s service dept. We were traveling from San Antonio TX to Las Cruces NM on our way to Arizona when we started having trouble with the car shaking once speeds reached around 60 miles an hour. We stopped at two different car repair places along the way and no one could help us. We drove close to 300 miles like this until we reached El Paso and pulled into the Subaru dealer. We got there half an hour before they closed. We were greeted by Cezly Herrera and explained our situation and asked if they could help us so we might continue on our way. She said although it would be difficult she would try and asked one of the tech’s if they would stay long enough to look into it. Miguel volunteered and started the process. Miguel was able to diagnose the problem, gather the parts necessary , repair the vehicle and have us on our way in one hour! Cezly showed us to their beautiful waiting area and got us some snacks and coffee while we waited. She was so nice and considerate. I’ve never had an experience like that at any car dealership I’ve ever been too. Amazing. Thank you Cezly and Miguel! More
