The customer service is pretty good, but count on a lengthy wait if you are having a service done. I feel like a VIP when I visit Subaru El Paso. The general manager comes out to inquire about my satisfaction. She even test drove my car to be sure it was repaired properly. I am very pleased with my service. I had a lot that needed to be done so I spent 1:00-4:30 ish waiting which was my choice. Once I paid for the service I was trapped in the garage. Jav I had a lot that needed to be done so I spent 1:00-4:30 ish waiting which was my choice. Once I paid for the service I was trapped in the garage. Javier who checked me out said it wouldn't be long for me to wait on the car in front of me because she was checking out. Mind you I love in Las Cruces. I wanted to get home and I knew Javier didn't have a clue about the other customer checking out. I decided to be patient but it was growing thin. Until the nice young guy who brings the car around saw I was waiting to get out of the garage. I wish I would have e gotten his name. He waved at me and said he would move, now 2 cars in fro t of me. He ran around finding keys and got another guy to help him. I was set free. The other customer was still inside at the counter! I waited a good 10 minutes in that garage. Javier did give a care about me but that young mad did!!! I am so sorry I didn't get his name!!! Just know there are "Javier's " that work there but there are also some really awesome young men that are working at this dealership. More

I have not made it out in under two hours for regular services, and I am currently at over three hours for just an oil change. It wouldn’t be as frustrating if they didn’t tell you every time they check services, and I am currently at over three hours for just an oil change. It wouldn’t be as frustrating if they didn’t tell you every time they check you in, “it should only be 45 minutes, an hour tops.” Doubt I will return once my service plan expires, and am even considering driving to Albuquerque for the remainder.
