This dealership took over one hour and forty-five minutes for a scheduled service. I had an appointment and this made it worse! Then they tell me my bill is almost 3 times higher than what I agreed minutes for a scheduled service. I had an appointment and this made it worse! Then they tell me my bill is almost 3 times higher than what I agreed too. There was a miscommunication on my service so I got the extra service, which I did not pay for. I paid for the service that I asked for. Unfortunately, I have no idea what was done to my car except for the oil change. They were very nice. More
I was an "out of towner". The first thing was that I was recognized as soon as I walked in. Other dealerships have their heads down, doing paperwork or are on the phone. The least they could do would be to nod their head recognizing that I was there. The staff went out of their way to explain how they would do the work required, showed me the waiting area and asked if I had any other concerns. I had a problem entering my map updates (as most owners do). The service manager grabbed my thumb drive, put it in his computer to download and then put it in my car. He could have done what another dealership did and say that they couldn't help me, but THEY DID! They also explained the revised warranty work policy concerning mileage and age of the vehicle and I wasn't charged for the required maintenance that they performed. Another dealership did not do that. Maybe it's a 'Southern Thing" that they offer more help than I need but I LIKE IT! More
