My first visit for service on my vehicle was phenomenal. The second visit I just completed was not so much. I had a 1030am Appt for an oil change. Dropped car off at 1015am. By 145 pm I hadn't heard from an The second visit I just completed was not so much. I had a 1030am Appt for an oil change. Dropped car off at 1015am. By 145 pm I hadn't heard from anyone so I called they said they were finishing up. Took me about 15 min to arrive my car was still on the lift. She said sorry we got a little behind. I don't think 4 hrs is a little behind I think they forgot my car. So I had to wait another 10 min or so they pulled my car around. I asked cashier if I can pay they hadn't given her the ticket. She went to look for the ticket for several minutes. Came back never even acknowledged the four hour wait time or anything. Disappointed. I will return as I know things happen but a call would have been nice maybe even a little discount or acknowledgement that it was inconvenient or something. More
