Service was done in timely manor. Would say service is good but had antenna leak fixed year before only to have it leak again. And pay for part. Gm covered labor. AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! Stopped in because my service engine light was on, they ran a diagnostic test on my 2006 chevy truck that I bought from Defiance Stykemain in Defiance Stopped in because my service engine light was on, they ran a diagnostic test on my 2006 chevy truck that I bought from Defiance Stykemain in Defiance in November of 2016 ( 8 mths ago ) and stated that the glow plugs needed replaced, which was an 800.00 dollar fix in which I agreed to have them fix it. This is where all ____ broke loose. The service tech broke off the glow plug and couldn't get it loose so they sent it to a machine shop in which they didn't have any luck either. LONG story short my bill ended up being $6300.00. It took almost a month to get my truck back and the owner demanded for this to be paid in full he even told us to get a personal loan. At the same time I do have to mention that they did provide me with a truck during the time my truck was getting repaired but then the owner said he could of charged us rent. My truck is in the shop again because of things that still aren't fixed but there is no way I will take it back to Stykemain's. THIS IS A WARNING UNLESS YOU HAVE A WARRENTY they will not stand behind any of there vehicles they sell and cant even provide service records for the vehicles they have sold. More

This dealership isn't accountable for the cars they sell I bought a 2010 Chevy Equinox from Stymemain in December of 2016. Not two months later, I have a "Service StabiliTrak" light come on along with a "Ser I bought a 2010 Chevy Equinox from Stymemain in December of 2016. Not two months later, I have a "Service StabiliTrak" light come on along with a "Service Airbag" light. These were minor fixes so I took care of it my self for under $200. A month later, the transmission on the vehicle is shot. Living 160 miles away from this dealership, I didn't have the option to get it checked out at the Stykemain service department. This fix costed me $3200 at Jim and Sons Transmission, a very reputable transmission mechanic. At this point, I've sunk 1/3 of the cost of the vehicle in repairs. I confronted Stykemain about the VERY poor quality of this car, and they responded that I should have had my Equinox diagnosed at the Stykemain dealership. "How am I supposed to get my car from Cleveland to Defiance with no transmission?", I asked. "I'm sorry sir but that's our policy", they responded". After an hour of trying to politely and patiently tell my case, that's all I could get is "that's our policy". This dealership has NO accountability for the cars they sell. They DO NOT care for their customers. I'm not the only victim of the Stykemain dealership's complete disregard for the quality of the cars they sell.
