This was the most pleasant and easy transaction buying a truck we have ever had! I found our truck on line and called the dealership to see if still available. I was transferred to salesperson Devon. Great experience! We saw the ad for our new Tacoma on autotrader. We followed the link to Stykemains website and expressed interest. I received a call the next morning We saw the ad for our new Tacoma on autotrader. We followed the link to Stykemains website and expressed interest. I received a call the next morning and made an appointment to come drive it. We drove 2hrs from Elkhart Ind. and were somewhat dreading the “dealership” experience. We arrived early and found our salesman “Devon Pearson” busy with another couple. He came over quickly and explained that he’d be right back with keys and a plate. We were on the road test driving before our appointment time had arrived! We were at the dealership around 2 hours including the test drive. The truck was priced very fairly so all I really asked for was a full tank of gas and a car wash which Mr. Pearson took care of promptly. We signed the papers quickly and with no pressure what so ever. We were out the door and down the road with a great feeling about the whole experience.
